us at our Lurgan Farmhouse which offers Bed and Breakfast
accommodation near Aberfeldy on a 1700 acre upland farm overlooking the
beautiful Tay valley.
The B and B is 5 miles from the town of Aberfeldy, and 3 miles from the
village of Grandtully.
We are ideally situated for fishing, canoeing, golfing, hillwalking and
touring, with a varied selection of tourist attractions.
We are only 40 minutes drive from Perth, 20 minutes from Pitlochry, and
within 2 hours of most Scottish cities.
Lurgan Farmhouse Accommodation
Accommodation comprises 1 large upstairs bedroom, so you will be the
sole guests in the house.
There is one double bed and one single bed as well as one fold away single
bed so it is ideal for a couple or for 2 adults and 2 children, or even
a twin.
The room has an en-suite bathroom.
Guests have their own sitting room/dining room downstairs; both rooms
have superb views across the farmland and valley.

Directions
Getting there from the Information Centre
From Aberfeldy Tourist Information Centre turn right in the square and
head through the town to the traffic lights at the crossroads, turn right
towards Wades Bridge B846, cross bridge, after half a mile turn right
towards Strathtay at the Ailean Craggan Hotel, after three and a half
miles turn off to the left and follow signs for Lurgan Farm, we are one
mile up the hill.
Getting There by Railway
From Pitlochry Railway Station turn right at McNaughton's and proceed
through town heading for A9.
At Ballinluig turn left and follow A827 for Aberfeldy,at Grandtully cross
the bridge to the North side of the River Tay, stay left after the bridge
then left again at Strathtay stores on to the Weem road.
After two miles turn off to the right and follow signs for Lurgan Farm,
we are one mile up the hill.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh Airport follow signs for Forth Road Bridge then signs for
M90 North until just outside Perth then follow signs for A9 Inverness
to Ballinluig.
Turn right and follow A827 for Aberfeldy at Grandtully, cross the bridge
to the North side of the River Tay, stay left after the bridge then left
again at Strathtay stores onto the Weem Road, after two miles turn off
to the right and follow signs for Lurgan Farm, we are one mile up the
hill.
