Aberfeldy
is small rural town situated on the famous River Tay located in the heart
of Scotland in Perthshire.
There are many outdoor activities and sports available for all including golf, tennis, fishing on the Tay and local lochs, white water rafting, canoeing, cycling, walking, swimming and the challenge of bagging a Munro, Schehallion or Ben Lawers or relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, the scenery and wildlife.
Burnbank is a large Victorian villa within easy walking distance to the town centre where there is a good variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket as well as the swimming pool and squash court.
The scenic 18 hole golf course running alongside the River Tay is a short walk away. The famous Birks of Aberfeldy and Dewars Distillery Visitor Centre are in Aberfeldy. Perth and Pitlochry are short distances away with theatres, shops and on route many famous places to visit .
Burnbank Victorian Villa Accommodation
Burnbank House:
The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms
one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed, there is also
a single bedroom. The property can sleep 5 people. A travel cot is available.
There is a large upstairs lounge with a television and DVD player. The bathroom upstairs has a bath with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Downstairs there is a large kitchen/dining area fully equipped with a
dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dining table for 6. In
the utility room there are washing, drying and ironing facilities. There
is also a toilet with wash hand basin on the ground level.
In the large back garden there is a garage available for use for cars
and bikes and an area for parking.

Getting there from the Information Centre:
From the tourist information centre walk down past the bus station and
turn right onto Burnside walk down Burnside, Burnbank is next to the furniture
shop.
Getting There by Car:
Aberfeldy is 90mins north of Glasgow and Edinburgh and 30 mins from Perth.
From Perth take A9 North until sign for A827 Aberfeldy.
From the North follow the A9 until sign for A827 Aberfeldy. When arriving
in Aberfeldy travel through town to the central square.
Take the right hand road down past the Tourist Information and bus garage
and turn right at the end of the road into Burnside. Burnbank House is
200 yards on righthand side next to furniture shop.
