The property is set in an elevated position, with panoramic views over the River Tay and the mountains beyond, it provides a luxurious and peaceful base in which to unwind and explore the beautiful Highlands of Perthshire, Scotland.
We
have two smart, stylish guest rooms on the first floor which are light
and spacious, with en-suite shower and bathroom facilities, luxurious
soft towels, bath robes and toiletries.
Both bedrooms have luxurious, comfortable, super king-size beds, becoming
singles if required, with fresh white bed linen. There are flat screen
LCD televisions with integrated DVD players and clock radios with i-Pod
docks. Hair dryers, mineral water, tea and coffee facilities are all standard
contributing to a restful and enjoyable stay.
Breakfast is served in our light and airy morning room or outside on the
decking in good weather. Enjoy undoubtedly your best meal of the day,
as you take in the stunning panoramic views and watch the red squirrels
race up and down the old oak tree.
Relax and unwind in the gallery sitting room whilst reflecting on the breathtaking views of Ben Lawers, Perthshire’s highest mountain and the surrounding countryside. You can still stay in touch with business and home with our free WiFi Broadband.
Your room will be available from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival, unless
prior arrangement has been made.
On the day of departure we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10.30am.
Payment to be made by either cash or cheque – unfortunately we are
unable at present to process credit or debit cards.

By Car:
Leave the A9 at the Ballinluig junction and follow the signs (A827) to
Aberfeldy. Take the Kenmore Road through Aberfeldy, over mini roundabout
(passing Alma Avenue on your left and Taybridge Drive on your right).
Take second turning on your left into Orchard Brae and The Beeches and
proceed straight ahead onto tarmac drive between houses and follow round
to your right into the driveway of Brae House.
By Rail:
Take the train to Pitlochry. Collection can be made by prior arrangement.
By Air:
The nearest airport is Edinburgh or Glasgow
By Ferry:
Rosyth is the nearest ferry terminal.
