This 3-star hotel comprises of 6 buildings with two floors which house 80 rooms, 40 of which are double bedded deluxe rooms, and the remaining 40 are twin bedded deluxe rooms, ensuring luxury and comfort to guests. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, electronic door-locks, electronic safes, satellite TV, telephones, and wireless internet connection.

Also available at this stylish hotel are two conference rooms which can accommodate up to 40 delegates each, but may also be opened up into one facility to accommodate up to 80 delegates. The conference facilities come fully equipped with standard conferencing equipment.

Wining and dining facilities are available, which include a restuarant which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. A snack menu is also available in between the meals. Also, there is a resident's bar which is opened daily between 10h00 and 22h00.

Where is Livingstone Hotel?
Turn Left as you leave the airport, follow the main road into Livingstone town. Turn right at the first T-junction, follow the road to the end of the town. Protea Hotel Livingstone is on the left hand side adjacent to the Park Falls shopping and entertainment complex.
