This unit forms part of the seperate garden cottage. Completely modernised
with stack doors leading to a very private garden (Shaded by 100 year
old pepper tree). A semi-private veggie/herb garden on the other side
of the cottage. Tea & Coffee, Bar Fridge
Sunny Garden Suite
This unit forms part of the seperate garden cottage. Completely modernised
with stack doors leading to a private garden with views of the large front
garden. A sunny, bright and "friendly" room. Tea & Coffee,
Bar Fridge, Satellite TV, NO SMOKING
Presidential Suite
The ultra luxurious main bedroom of the old Manor House with seperate
lounge area, en-suite bathroom & kitchenette. Completely private with
old sash windows facing the large back gardend. King Size bed, Tea &
Coffee facilities, Bar Fridge, TV, NO SMOKING
"Milk" Room
This unit used to be the old "milk" room. It is completely seperate
from the main house. It is old and small. However it has an old world
charm to it with its original creaky floors. Ensuite bathroom also old
(UPGRADED MARCH 2010). NO SMOKING
New Dawn Guest Annex
This room is inside the New Dawn Guest Annex situated on a seperate property
across the road from the Jansen House Manor. It is furnished in a contemporary
style. It has a seperate private entrance, en-suite bathroom. Tea &
Coffee, Bar Fridge, NO SMOKING
