The restaurant is colourful, vibrant, the perfect venue for friends, family, business and romance. Our vibrant all-day dining restaurant overlooks the swimming pool and out across the broad sweep of Maputo Bay.
Offering both buffet and a la carte choices, it also offers its own live grill station and coffee shop. True to its name, the Varanda offers both interior and exterior seating, and there’s live music on Fridays, Saturdays. On Sunday, we also feature our distinctive Portuguese casserole known as ‘Cozido à Portuguesa’.
The ideal venue for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, the relaxed but elegant Varanda offers a truly international menu, with plenty of emphasis on Afro-Mozambican choices and Indian Ocean seafood.
