Guests traveling on a budget can either choose from our comfortable Safari Tents or for the more adventurous we offer camping sites. All guests at Kwalape have access to our spacious dinning area,

the bush bar and boma with a bush television (Fire) on every evening and in summer time guests can enjoy Kwalape's pool to soak in the Botswana Sun. For guests on business Kwalape offers a conference centre for meetings or functions.

Our Conference Centre can also be the perfect venue or weddings or team building workshops. To enhance your stay at Kwalape we offer a Activity Centre where you can book a variety of activities on offer in the region and transfers to all the regional Airports and towns.

For those guests requiring a little pampering we can arrange for Massage and Beauty treatments in the comfort of your room. Kwalape offers a option to buy memorabilia with our curio shop situated at the reception area.

Last but not least is our regular entertainment at the Boma with our Kwalape Dance Troop entertaining guests with traditional dance and song with background music by our inhouse Marimba Band led by KK

Dinning at Kwalape Safari Lodge

Kwalape Safari Lodge offers a variety of option for dinning. The facilities on offer include our main restaurant, the bar and pool and the boma area for traditional quisine and braai's (bbq).

The Main Restaurant at Kwalape can seat up to a 100 or more guests and offer buffet style meals and a a'lacarte menu on request.

The Bar menu is perfect for those that are not so hungry and only need a quick meal or light snack. The Bar area can also be booked or used for special events.

The Boma or Fire place are is used for themed dinners and traditional meals in either authentic Botswana quisine or Braai Dinners are served. This needs to be pre booked and are available for group bookings only.

Together with the Boma dinners Kwalape offers options with cultural experienses in the form of Dance and Song by our inhouse Kwalape Dance Troop and Marimba music by KK.

Conferencing at Kwalape Safari Lodge

The conference Centre at Kwalape offers the perfect venue for meetings, conferences, workshops and special events. The Kwalape Conference centre has a seating capacity of 100 guests in luxury leather chairs and stylish conference table.

Kwalap'e conference centre can host up to 200 guests in cinima style seating arrangement. The Kwalape Conference Centre comes equiped with all the nessesary items including a overhead projector, projector screen and a flip chart basic business support services is available,

from our office; internet access, photocopying, printing, and telephone acces. Special events and themed functions like weddings, bush braais, can be facilitated by our staff and/or outside specialists as requireded.

All meals, teas and coffees and snacks are provided by the Kwalape Restaurant and serving can either be done in our restaurant, at the Conference Centre or at our Bar or Boma.
