Getting there from the Information Centre
From Stromness TIC proceed right along Ferry Road, take the first exit
at the roundabout then follow the road left pass the fire station and
police station turn first right onto Back Road.
2 Victoria House is on the right.
Getting There by Railway
Scotrail from all Scottish departures to either Thurso or Wick or
Aberdeen.
Getting there by Aeroplane
British Airways (UK) either from Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness,
Wick or Sumburgh (Shetland) to Kirkwall (Orkney).
Leave airport and turn right towards Kirkwall, proceed through Kirkwall
take A965 for 15 miles to Stromness.
On entering Stromness take the 3rd exit at the roundabout then follow
the road left pass the fire station and police station turn first right
onto Back Road.
2 Victoria House is on the right.
Getting There by Ferry
NorthLink Ferries from Aberdeen or Lerwick to Kirkwall.
NorthLink Ferries from Scrabster to Stromness.
Pentland Ferries from Gills Bay to St Margaret's Hope.
John o' Groats ferries from John o' Groats to Burwick (May - September)
