Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast

Named after two Boston Terrier Doggies; Bubba and Bean Lodges offers a different type of Bed and Breakfast accommodation in New York City. What we offer at our bed and breakfast home is simple; A private unit to call your home when visiting New York.

Accommodation

Rooms are located at our townhome built in the mid 1800's. Our accommodations reflect our love for our guesthouse, and our business. It is important to note that we do not serve breakfast as rooms have their own kitchenttes.

The guesthouse is run with the basic concept as you would run your own home with visiting respectful guests; the guests come first!

We enjoy having great guests and prefer to have rooms empty until we get those great guests. Luckily, we always get those guests, and remain fairly booked all year round.

Couples Room

All Couples Rooms have a private kitchen and bath. Its Winter Rate from January 1st to March 1st is $130 a night. Its Spring/Summer Rate from March 1st to September 1st is $190 a night. Its Fall Rate from September 1st to January 1st is $190 a night.

Deluxe Room

All Deluxe Rooms have a private kitchen and bath. It holds three guests. Its Winter Rate from January 1st to March 1st is $140 a night. Its Spring/Summer Rate from March 1st to September 1st is $220 a night. Its Fall Rate from September 1st to January 1st is $230 a night.

Family/Group Suite

The Family/Group One Bedroom Suites has a private kitchen and bath. It holds six guests. Rooms have a Queen bed and 2 single beds in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room.

Merge onto Grand Central Pkwy, Continue onto I-278 E, Take exit 46 toward Manhattan/Randalls Is, continue onto Robert F. Kennedy Bridge. Take the 2 Avenue exit toward Harlem River Dr N/125 Street. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Harlem Riv Dr/126 Street. Sharp left onto 2nd Avenue. Turn right onto East 106th Street. Turn left at the 2nd cross street onto Lexington Avenue. Destination will be on the right. Travel time will be 30 minutes.

By Subway

From LaGuardia Airport, take a walk to LaGuardia Internal Roadway/Terminal B. Take M60-SBS towards West Side Bway – 106 Street which will take 5 stops. Drop by E 125 St/Lexington Avenue and walk towards Lexington Av/E 124 Street and take subway M101 towards 96 Street. Drop by at Lexington Av/E 102 Street. Walk towards 1598 Lexington Avenue. Travel time will be 1 hour.

From Newark Liberty International Airport

By Car

Head southeast, Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Parking A/Parking B/Parking C. Slight left toward Newark International Airport Street. Keep left at the fork to continue toward I-78 E. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Interstate 78 E/Interstate 95/New Jersey Turnpike/Holland Tunnel/New York City. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-78 E/I-95/U.S. 1-9 N and merge onto I-78 E. Take the exit toward Interstate 95 N/NJ Turkpike N/Interstate 95 S/NJ Turnpike S. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Interstate 95 N and merge onto I-95 N. Keep left at the fork to stay on I-95 N, follow signs for Toll Plaza EZPass. Take the exit to stay on I-95 N toward US-46/Fort Lee/G Washington Bridge. Keep right at the fork to stay on I-95 N, follow signs for George Washington Bridge/Fort Lee. Continue onto U.S. 1 N/U.S. 9 N. Continue onto I-95 Lower Level N/US-1 Lower Level N. Take exit 2 on the left for Harlem Riv Dr toward FDR Dr/Manhattan. Keep left, follow signs for FDR Drive/Harlem River Drive and merge onto Harlem River Dr. Continue onto FDR Drive. Take exit 15 toward East 106 Street.

Merge onto FDR Drive. Turn right onto East 106th Street. Turn left onto Lexington Avenue. Destination will be on the right. Travel time will be 40 minutes.

By Subway

From Newark Liberty International Airport, proceed to AirTrain Newark P4. Take subway towards AirTrain Newark Liberty International and walk towards Newark Airport Railroad Station. Take subways towards Northeast Corridor towards New York Penn Station which will take 3 stops. Drop by at New York Penn Station and take a walk to 34 St - Penn Station and take a bus towards Jamaica Center - Parsons/Archer which will take 5 stops. Drop by at Lexington Av/53 Street and walk to 51 Street and take subway towards Pelham Bay Park which will take 6 stops. Drop by at 103 Street and walk towards 1598 Lexington Avenue. Travel time will be 1 hour and 20 minutes.
