Brigadoon has 3 luxury apartments, ideal for families or honeymooners.
One beachfront apartment, 50m from the sea, has stunning 180° sea
views;
the other are about 200m from the main beach.
All are self-catering.
These apartments are not available on a daily basis, but on 'long term lease' only.
We offer a selection of 3 tastefully furnished Apartments from the well known and ideally placed apartment buildings An Der Welle, Sand & See and Am Strand. One Seafront and two only a mere 200m walk from the main beach.
As self catering accommodation all three apartments are fully equipped with every convenience including stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc. In walking distance of town centre, the museum, the post office, the casino and restaurants.
Crockery, cutlery, bedding and towels are provided in all accommodation units. All apartments are serviced daily. Transport to and from airports can be arranged and a warm welcome and hospitable reception is guaranteed.
An
der Welle is a new luxurious, two bedroomed, sea-facing apartment
with breathtaking views of the ocean, in a prime locality, 50m from the
main beach of Swakopmund. It consists of a sunny balcony, large living
room, open-plan kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms.
An der Welle is comfortable and tastefully decorated especially for the
longer stay.
Sand and See is a new apartment block, one along from
Brigadoon.

bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is a real seaside apartment, beautifully
furnished in blue and white. An open plan kitchen and living room with
dining table in an enclosed patio all adds to the holiday mood. Location
is excellent, and despite no sea view, it is only 200 metres from the
sea.
Am
Strand is a luxurious and very spacious 3 bed roomed garden apartment,
with 2 bathrooms. It has a spacious living room and open plan kitchen,
and is very close to Brigadoon B&B, 150m from the beach and is north
facing.
Transport can be arranged to and from airports and we will gladly make
bookings for all activities in and around Swakopmund. A hospitable reception
awaits you from the Brigadoon staff.

Some ideas of what to do at Brigadoon Self Catering
Swakopmund, with its German character is the Holiday Mecca of
Namibia...
Activities offered in and around Swakopmund are marine cruises by boat
or catamaran, desert day tours, Sandwhich Harbour day tours, sandboarding,
quadbiking, golf, horse riding, fishing, angling, tandem sky diving, historical
sightseeing tours, kayaking, camel rides, and more.
Nestled at the mouth of the Swakop River, with the Namib Desert on the one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other side, it boast with surprisingly mild weather. The average temperature ranges between 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. Rainfall is less than 15mm per year. The cold Benguella current supplies moisture for the area in the form of fog, that can reach as far as 140km inland. The fauna and flora of the area has adapted to this and very much relies very much on the fog as a source of moisture.
Four of the Major Banks can be found in Swakopmund, which will cater for your financial requirements, including foreign exchange outlets. Swakopmund also has two hospitals with a high standard of medical services. Telephone and internet services is also of a high standard and mobile phone reception covers you on all the major routes.
