Malapascua - Getting There and Away

There is no airport on or that close to Malapascua Island so to get there you will need a road transfer at some point, the closest airport is Mactan International which is in Cebu City 145km from the Island, there is a good tar road from Cebu City to Maya in the north of Cebu Island where you take the boat across to Malapascua Island.
