Urs Treff is located at the beach road of North of Cha am. The beach area in front of our guesthouse is relatively lively only at the weekends and during the Thai school holidays. Compared to other parts of the beach you will find even then a quiet place.

Accommodation

Our Rooms are comfortable and modern equipped, very spacious and family friendly.All our rooms are equipped petentous. Light colors are dominating and the lack of smelly carpets is creating a pleasant climate. Your room has a modern TV with cable, there is Deutsche Welle TV and sometimes you can watch English or German football live. The min bar is integrated and free for personal use.

It goes without saying that all rooms have an individual air-con. 6 rooms have beach view and 4 of them a balcony. If you need more space, you can use our roof terrace. There you find tables, chairs, deck chairs and even a small shower. There is a sun protection as well. Two of the balcony rooms are equipped with a sleeping couch. That's what your kids will like!

Feel Well Service

Entertainment -a SONY bigscreen satelite-TV and a DVD-Player with german and english Movies as well. Everything with surround sound. enjoy our table football game or a round of snooker on our brand-new billiard table.

Communication -we provide free WiFi access, fax machine, For calls we recommend non-expensive prepaid cards, which are available almost everywhere. Ticket re-confirmations or change of bookings we can do for you

Roof Terrace -a clean spacious roof terrace with a sun protection is free to use for our guests. Of course there are deck chairs and tables as well. A small shower will provide refreshment after sun bathing

Children Friendly -in front of the guesthouse is a big place for playing ball or to ride a bicycle. The street in front of the house is not for the main traffic and therefore sort of safe. With the DVD-Player we provide english and german Movies for kids. Also the table football is good for young and old

Directions to Urs Treff Guesthouse

Plane
Visitors from abroad can fly to the primary airport of Bangkok. Direct flights are scheduled into Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport, from many main airports around the world. You can also have a connecting flight from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Hua Hin around 45 minutes by plane. The other option in getting is to take a bus, mini bus, train, taxi, car and limousine. Generally Hua Hin town, is 230 kilometres southwest of Bangkok which is a 3 hour drive. Arriving from Hua Hin Airport you can take a van, tuk tuk, or taxi going to the hotel. It is a 1 hour drive from Hua Hin downtown.

Bus and Mini Bus
Hourly bus services are available from Southern Bus Terminal. You can take either an air conditioned or non air conditioned buses which ply the route from Southern Bus Terminal to Srasong Road in Hua Hin. Some of these buses will take you further south like the adjoining district of Pranburi and Petchburi. Passengers to Hua Hin get down at the Clock Tower located at the heart of town. Reservation is required to secure seats and must be book in person. In Bangkok, minibuses start from Ratchawitee Hospital near the Victory Monument. Minibuses unload passengers in a site off Petchkasem Road in the centre of town. Buses fare range from THB 160 to THB 200.

Taxi or Car
You can also flag down taxi or hire a car and drive all the way to Hua Hin. There are two routes from Bangkok to Hua Hin. The shorter one is along Thonburi-Paktho Road, via Samut Songkhram, Petchkasem Highway and along the route to Prachuab Khirikhan. The longer one is via Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi and Petchaburi. Fare is around THB 3000.

Train
Train is a safer and comfortable way to reach Hua Hin from Bangkok. Trains run from Hua Lum Pong Railway Station in Bangkok to the historic Hua Hin railway station. Both stations can be reached easily.
