We have taken a traditional Thai style house and created a modern villa with conveniences that today’s travelers expect. You will find our place comfortable and relaxing but with a subtle elegance that allows you to appreciate Thai customs and design. You may also select from our new, breathtaking deluxe Thai Villas.

We have soft, comfortable European mattresses, central hot water, complete water filtration, air conditioned rooms and a lovely terrace and garden. Come experience amazing Thailand in the style and craftsmanship of Old World design but with the grace and elegance of New World amenities and services.

We have a delicious healthy vegetarian breakfast for our guest that is either western or Asian. Deluxe Villas include free breakfast, the standard rooms can add breakfast for 150 baht per person. You can also experience our wildly popular Sabaidee Santitham restaurant, a unique and extraordinary eatery that is certain to please your palate.

Standard Room

Our standard rooms have lovely hardwood, red floors walls and furnishings in the Thai Lanna tradition. Our European mattresses are soft and inviting with king size or two twin beds, AC & free wi-fi. The rooms are very comfortable with European Mattresses and a special touch of Thai class.

Deluxe Single

Our delightful, upscale Villas are spaciously appointed with lovely private bathrooms, AC, wi-fi and small refrigerators. Relax in comfort and style with hard wood floors and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are very comfortable with European Mattresses and a special touch of Thai class.

Executive Suite

Our finest accommodation complete with spacious bathroom, business table and chairs on Persian carpets and hardwood red floors. Free High Speed Wi-Fi, free Breakfast, free use of bicycles and our new gym. The rooms are very comfortable with European Mattresses and a special touch of Thai class.

Superior Room

Our Superior Room is a one of a kind with a queen size bed, balcony and lovely wooden walls and floors. This was the first Guest Room we designed. It has it's own bathroom in the hall with easy access. The rooms are very comfortable with European Mattresses and a special touch of Thai class.

Directions to Santitham Guest House

By Air:
Domestic airlines (Thai Airways International, Bangkok Airways, Air Asia, Orient Thai Airlines and Nok Air ) operate several daily flights between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. A one-way flight takes about one hour.

By Bus:
Several ordinary and air-conditioned buses leaving daily from Bangkok's Northern Bus Terminal (also known as Mo Chit) on Kamphaeng Phet 2 Road.

By Train:
Express and rapid trains leave for Chiang Mai from Hualamphong Station several times daily and the trip takes about 11-12 hours for express trains. It is highly recommended to reserve seats well in advance, especially for sleepers.
