Cancellation Terms

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to visit forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the visit forfeit 50% of the total booking qoute.
Cancellations between 14 and 3 days prior to the visit forfeit 75% of the total booking quote.
Cancellations between 2 days and non-arrival/no show/premature departure, 100% of the accommodation cost.

Payments

50% deposit will be required within 24 hours to confirm your reservation
Payment for the balance of the accommodation must be paid in full on day of arrival.

No guest will be allowed to check in without proof of passport or Green ID. Should you allow any person on the premises or in your room without the knowledge of the Management you will be asked to vacate the room immediately and forfeit the funds paid for your Booking

All extras will be for the clients account payable.

Directions to Rethabise Premium Guest Lodge

From Gauteng
From Gauteng Province/ N1, off ramp at Edenville and at T-junction turn right. Ultra City will be on your left. Drive 6km and turn left into Du Toit Street (You will see a board written Kroonstad on your right as you turn). Drive until traffic circle and take first exit left into Britz Street. Drive until you reach a stop sign and turn left into Marais Street (Afrikaans School will be on your right). Marais street turn right into Breytenbach Street and immediate left into Kleinschmidt Street. Proceed straight until you see Rethabise on your left.

From Bloemfontein
From Bloemfontein/ N1, off ramp at R76 on to Cross Street and Continue driving for a considerable distance and at the traffic circle take second exit into Louw Street. Merge back onto Cross Street and drive until traffic circle. At the traffic circle take second exit into Du Toit Street and drive until third traffic circle. At the traffic circle take third exit right into Britz Street. Drive until you reach a stop sign and turn left into Marais Street (Afrikaans School will be on your right). Marais street turn right into Breytenbach Street and immediate left into Kleinschmidt Street. Proceed straight until you see Rethabise on your left.
