Brookdale Health Hydro Accommodation
The ratio of highly qualified staff to guests is possibly higher than at any other similar establishment in the country. A Brookdale consultant meets with each guest on arrival to ascertain their health, level of fitness, personal objectives and to advise on the most suitable treatments, exercise and diet.
The guest is able to choose a routine that best suits them, incorporating as many of our varied treatments and facilities that they can manage in the time available.
Brookdale Food
Three delicious, balanced meals, as well as healthy morning and afternoon snacks, are served daily in our cosy dining room or under African skies on the terrace. Fasting is not encouraged. Red meat is not served, chicken and fish are included on the menu with plenty of fresh vegetables, crisp salads and a variety of fruit.
While the meals are low fat, they are so delicious and beautifully presented that visitors are always very pleasantly surprised. There is no strict regime at Brookdale, but to help you relieve the build up of toxins, alcohol and caffeine are not served.
Brookdale Day Spa
Our Day Spa in Nottingham Road is separate from the main Hydro and is a popular choice with guests who are pressed for time or are simply looking to escape for the day.
The Day Spa is open Monday to Saturday (including public holidays) from 08:00 to 17:00, providing you with ample opportunity to spend the day or to enjoy an hour or two of pure bliss. It offers a wonderful chance to catch up with a friend in these busy times.
