Goldwater is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom,
ground floor apartment with a quaint garden. The apartment is exceptionally situated. It is literally across
the road from a delightful beach, which are fronted by lawns, and
milkwood trees. There are panoramic vistas across False Bay. On the right are the Hottentot Holland Mountains. Straight ahead is Table Mountain and Devils Peak. |

To the far left is Cape Point. Step across to the beach and enjoy sundowners whilst watching the sunset in False Bay! In truth, the property could not possibly be better located.
Goldwater Accommodation
Accommodation at Goldwater consists of the following:
• Three bedrooms: Main bedroom has king size double bed with bathroom
en-suite. Other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds.
• Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

Furnishings:
No effort has been spared to furnish the unit as upmarket and elegantly
as possible. Colours, decorations and furnishings have been carefully
chosen to enhance the high quality of the apartment's finishing.
The apartment has luxury finishes throughout! This includes Italian tiles
and heated towel rails.
Home Entertainment at Goldwater:
The home entertainment centre includes satellite TV (over 100 channels),
DVD player, CD and cassette player, tuner and amplifier.
Set in this idyllic seaside village forty five minutes from Cape Town,
the Helderberg basin and the warm False Bay coast offers:

of Erinvale and Stellenbosch Country Club within twenty minutes.

Directions to Goldwater:
Take the N1 past Somerset West and continue towards Sir Lowry Pass until
the Gordons Bay turn off to the right is reached. Take this turnoff and
follow into Beach Road Gordons Bay.
Continue along Beach Road on the way to Gordons Bay harbour until you
reach the Goldwater apartment block which is on your left at 103 Beach
Road right opposite the grove of milkwood trees on the Gordons Bay beachfront.
