Beachside Cottage
With awesome views across False Bay from two large picture windows and
literally a stones throw from the waves, this sunny, spacious one-bedroomed
apartment is really exceptional. Quality finished granite tops in the
kitchen, diner and bathroom and stylish décor give you a sense
of luxury with a cosy holiday atmosphere. Watch the seals or surfers in
the waves next to you from the TV couch or treat yourself to sleeping
with the blinds open while moonlight stretches across the water to the
twinkling lights across the bay. This modern detached cottage is serviced
and has garage parking.
Beachside Forest Suite
This luxurious suite is so named because it has astounding views of not
only the sea but also the mountain crags and forest behind. The patio
feels like a yacht deck over the waves and is especially fabulous to watch
the sun set behind the silhouette of the Table Mountain range across the
bay. The suite is a favourite with newly-weds or for celebrating a special
occasion as it is very luxurious with plush carpeting, cherry-wood furniture
and fine linen. The deluxe bathroom has a spa bath, a spacious modern
shower, porcelain tiles and granite finishes. The kitchenette is ideal
for preparing light snacks with a bar fridge, microwave and kettle. With
its own private entrance, this suite is let separately or as a guest suite
of the main house. It is serviced and has off-road parking.
Beachside Penthouse
Perched just over the waves, the sun deck feels like a deck of a yacht.
Decorated with genuine Safari treasures and quality finishes, this superior
apartment has spectacular views of False Bay and surrounding mountain
ranges. On either side of the stylish open-plan lounge, diner and full
kitchen are two bedrooms. The romantic ‘Out of Africa’ bedroom
has a full luxury en-suite bathroom with a bath sunk in granite and a
modern shower. Overlooking the Marina, the second bedroom has a king size
or twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with a modern shower and its own private
patio as well as two sleeper beds for children. This serviced, second-floor
apartment is not ideal for the frail or toddlers. Garage parking is provided.
Beachside Studio
With its own quaint courtyard that opens five meters from the sea edge,
this modern open plan apartment is protected and quiet - except for the
romantic sound of the waves. Quality finishes like granite tops in the
kitchen, diner and chic showerroom, heated towel rails and fine linen
give a sense of luxury. With a double, a single and a sleeper bed it is
particularly suitable for families and appeals to the young and mature
for an affordable get-away. Serviced with off-road parking and has local
TV channels.
Villa - The Main House
This exceptional dream seaside home is a rare find. Waves seem to roll
into the eternity pool of the elegant entertainment deck, which has a
granite outdoor dining bar and barbecue. Opening onto the deck and the
view beyond, are the "Sea Deck" lounge, the large dining room,
sophisticated kitchen, and the entertainment room with a pool table, bar
server and TV/entertainment centre. As the music flows out onto the pool
deck so the view flows in. Washed-ash staircases sweep up to triple-volume
starlight ceilings. The stylish main bedroom suite is breathtaking, with
a starlight ceiling, washed-wood floors and furnishings, and sandblasted
glass-trimmed cupboards framing 180-degree views of the sea to the shore
across the bay. The bathroom has a sea and forest view, and the sense
of luxury is enhanced by a spa bath, generous shower, Italian trims, and
porcelain tiles. The Seaside Suite, with two double bedrooms and a granite-trimmed
modern shower room, opens onto a balcony and the waves below. The plush
Forest Suite and granite-trimmed en-suite bathroom, with spa bath and
modern shower, have both forest and sea views. From its balcony, laze
on the lounger or watch magnificent sunsets over the ocean. This is the
ideal holiday home for those who demand style and quality. Please note
that a minimum stay of 14 days is required for this unit.
