Located between the Great Kei River and the Hogsback Mountains, Coverside Guest Farm, near Cathcart in the Eastern Cape, offers a unique experience to all who visit. Coverside offers majestic views up and down the valleys and across the plains as far as the eye can see. |

Situated in what is known as the Coverside Valley leading toward the upper course of the mighty Kei River, this farm offers much in its biodiversity. An abundance of birdlife, wildlife and flora can be viewed in all their different stages throughout the year.
Presently impala, eland, kudu, gemsbok, reedbuck , burchell’s zebra, waterbuck, blesbuck, black wildebeest, warthog, bush pig, antbear, duiker, baboon, caracal, black-backed jackal and vervet monkeys, can all be seen on the over 1500 Ha of grazing and browsing.
Coverside Guest Farm is a working cattle farm too, home to a herd of over 250 beef cows, So for those wishing to get a taste of beef farming, feel free to roam the range and savour the outdoor working lifestyle.
