Nautica 2 is a spacious and airy three bedroom property ideally located in a secure complex in the beautiful Cape Town suburb of Camps Bay, and offers incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. For easy, relaxed living, Nautica 2 is perfectly situated to explore Camps Bay and the greater Cape Town area, as well as offering easy beach access to both Camps Bay and the Clifton Beaches. It features a king-size bed with white and royal blue linens, cream
side tables and a beige carpet. It has a full en-suite bathroom with bath
and shower and leads onto a patio which it shares with the second bedroom,
offering beautiful sea views. In addition, it also has under floor heating.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom and is a light airy
space, with cream tiles and fittings. It has a separate shower, bath,
toilet and double washstand.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is also located upstairs and is similarly designed
to the master bedroom. It features a double bed with cream side tables,
a small dressing table with mirror and leads onto the patio. It also has
a separate bathroom with bath and shower that it shares with the third
bedroom.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom services the second and third bedrooms and has a separate
bath, shower, toilet and washstand.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located upstairs and is fitted with a queen-sized
bed in blue and white linens, with matching cream side tables and a separate
bathroom with bath and shower that it shares with the second bedroom.
The guest toilet is located close to the entrance to the apartment.
The relaxed open-plan living spaces lead onto a charming tiled patio
with a private plunge pool, where you can relax on one of the outdoor
loungers.
As a split level apartment divides the living areas and bedrooms, two
of which face the sea with beautiful views and share a small upstairs
patio
The lounge has 2 comfortable couches surrounding a dark-wood coffee table
and facing a flat-screen plasma TV.
The dining area is adjacent to the lounge and features seating for six
around a dark-wood dining table and the lounge also leads out onto the
patio with the swimming pool and sea views
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan on to the dining and lounge areas
and is spacious, and fitted with white cabinets and white tiles. It has
a stove, hob and oven, large fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

How To Get To Nautica 2
From Cape Town International Airport
Take the main N2 freeway towards the city and follow this road to the
very end. Signs to this point as you come into Cape Town are for the V
& A Waterfront and Sea Point.
At the first set of traffic lights continue along Buitengracht Road. Follow
this road straight up the hill towards Kloof Nek, or gap between Table
Mountain and the mountain immediately to its right, known as Lion's Head.
Sign to this point are for Camps Bay / M62 / Cableway. At the top of the
hill turn to your right into Kloof Road, with Camps Bay beach down to
your left.
Follow this winding road down the hill towards the sea for approximately
3 km. As you enter the residential area, Nautica will be the first block
of apartments to your left. There are two parking bays just off the road.
