The lounge is stylishly furnished with two settees and a coffee table.
Satellite television, a full music system and a small selection of books
will keep you entertained.
The lounge opens up onto the patio with gorgeous mountain and sea views.
This patio has a full complement of garden furniture and a barbecue, and
is the perfect place to eat a meal and enjoy being out of the midday sun.
The dining area and open plan kitchen are adjacent to the lounge, and
make the entire apartment perfect for casual entertaining and living.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including glass-top
hob, under-counter oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing
machine and tumble dryer.
The bedroom is comfortably furnished in modern style with a queen-sized
bed. The en-suite bathroom has toilet, basin, bath and overhead shower.
The entire apartment has under floor heating to ensure that the apartment
is warm and cosy right through the worst of the winter storms, and the
bed has an electric blanket supplied.
The apartment is ideally located, within an easy four-minute stroll of
the Camps Bay promenade and beach, and at last count had 26 restaurants
and bars within walking distance. The apartment is serviced every day
except Christmas Day.
PENTHOUSE
Come and treat yourself to absolute luxury with spectacular views of the
Twelve Apostles and the Atlantic Ocean. During the day the sun beats down
on the pool deck, and the rays glisten off the sea; at night the crescent
of lights around the bay creates a delightful and sophisticated ambience.
The apartment is very spacious and has two en-suite bedrooms, a lounge,
a dining room and a kitchen. The décor is a unique blend of Modern
and African.
Stainless steel and clean lines combine with masks, carvings and other
African artefacts from Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, South Africa and
further afield to give this property a special and exotic feel.
Both bedrooms open via sliding doors onto the terrace and have wonderful
views of mountain and sea, and each has a modern en-suite bathroom.
The luxurious lounge and dining room are modern and open onto the terrace
overlooking the ocean. A fireplace adds comfort and romance during the
winter months, and air conditioning provides a refreshing cool atmosphere
during the hot summer days. Curl up in front of the satellite TV or just
collapse onto the comfortable sofas to enjoy your latest book.
The terrace has outdoor furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers to make
the most of the long summer days and balmy nights.
Spend the day outside lounging on the terrace with a glass of wine in
hand and the sound of surf in your ears, or dipping into the splash pool
with an unrivalled view.
If you prefer to go out and be entertained, the Camps Bay beach and promenade
are only four minutes stroll away, with numerous restaurants, bars, live
music and theatre.
To ensure that your stay is as relaxing as possible we will service your
apartment everyday except Christmas Day, and help you wherever we can

LODGE APARTMENT
Enjoy the old world charm of this lovingly refurbished colonial
home! The Lodge is a lovely three-bedroom apartment,
ideal for a group of friends or a family.
The three-bedroom Lodge Apartment evokes days gone by with its colonial
ambience and comfort and has spectacular views of the Twelve Apostles
and the Atlantic Ocean.
Built over a century ago as a beach front retreat, the Lodge has been
lovingly restored to its former state - rich brown mahogany sash windows
and shutters, golden Oregon pine floors, rustic red clay tiles - all adding
up to a delightful place in which to relax and enjoy Cape hospitality.
Furnished with lovingly collected antique instruments and Africana the
Lodge has a very special magic.
The stunning lounge is in colonial style with leather and rich fabric
furniture and fittings.
Plate glass sash windows look down on the exclusive Bakoven beach - a
sheltered haven for Cape Town's most selective sun seekers.
The two comfortable wing chairs with Ottoman are the ideal spot for soaking
up the afternoon sun, and enjoying the fantastic views.
The large leather sofa is ideal for curling up in front of the satellite
TV or sitting with a book. Old-fashioned double doors open onto a paved
deck with a solar-heated swimming pool and a barbecue.
The sun deck has sun loungers and umbrellas, and is the perfect place
to watch the sun set into the Atlantic, with a chilled glass of wine in
your hand.
The three bedrooms are accessed from the lounge area and have views of
mountain and sea, each with it's own en-suite bathroom.
The furnishing is simple and tasteful in keeping with the style of the
house. Two rooms have queen-sized beds, and the other can be made up as
either two singles or as a king-size bed. One bathroom has a bath with
an overhead shower, the other two have showers only.
A new kitchen has been installed this year with quality appliances including
hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble
dryer. Everything required for self catering through to entertaining friends
has been provided for.
If you prefer to eat out, the Lodge Apartment is a short stroll from the
Camps Bay beach and promenade, with it's array of restaurants and bars.
The apartment is fully serviced every day except Christmas Day. We will
also do everything we can to ensure that you have as relaxing a holiday
as possible.
We can arrange baby-sitters, book restaurants and tours, and help you
plan your activities. Come and put your feet up in new Camps Bay's most

THE PALM SUITE
This charming apartment has two en-suite bedrooms adjoining onto an open
plan kitchen, dining area and lounge.
Sliding folding doors open from the lounge onto the paved terrace overlooking
Bakoven Bay.
Wooden loungers, a table and chairs and the barbecue make this a wonderful
outdoor living space. Sitting under the umbrella of the big palm tree
sipping a drink as the sun goes down over the sea is a wonderfully romantic
experience. The Camps Bay beach, bars and restaurants are a few minutes
stroll away.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with two settees and has some interesting
African artefacts adding to its exotic feel.
Relax and enjoy the satellite TV, DVD / CD player and book collection
provided for your entertainment. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped
for self catering with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and
toaster. Other appliances include a fridge /freezer, dishwasher, washing
machine and tumble dryer.
Both bedrooms have superb views of Bakoven Bay, and each has a queen-size
bed, and the one room offers an additional single bed. The en-suite bathrooms
have baths with overhead showers, hand basins and toilets.
The large shared pool deck is accessed via the external stairs and has
phenomenal views of the Atlantic. It has eight sun loungers and a barbecue,
and it's the perfect place to watch the sun go down and to enjoy a drink
or two.
The apartment is fully serviced every day except Christmas Day. Our staff
will also help organise all aspects of your holiday, from booking baby-sitters
through to recommending activities.
How To Get To Camps Bay Terrace
Directions to Penthouse and Suites (58 Camps Bay Drive):
via Sea Front: Follow the signs to the City and when
you come to the end of the highway follow the signs to Sea Point which
takes you along the coast road through Bantry Bay and Clifton into Camps
Bay.
At the end of Camps Bay beach is a traffic light where you turn left,
this is Camps Bay Drive.
The road goes uphill and after about 500m you will see our big number
58 on the right hand side.
· via Kloof Nek: Follow the signs to the City
and when you come to the end of the highway follow the signs to Camps
Bay (M62) which takes you up towards Table Mountain, over the saddle onto
Camps Bay Drive and then gives you beautiful views over Camps Bay.
Continue down until you come to a stop sign. Go straight across, and after
about 200m you will find us on the left hand side. The house is white
and we have a brick drive way. 
Directions to Lodge Apartment and Palm Suite (107 Victoria Road):
· via Sea Front: Follow the signs to the City
and when you come to the end of the highway follow the signs to Sea Point
which takes you along the coast road through Bantry Bay and Clifton into
Camps Bay.
At the end of Camps Bay beach is a traffic light, carry on straight following
the coastal road, and after about 500m you will see our sign on the left
hand side. The physical address is 107 Victoria Road.
· via Kloof Nek: Follow the signs to the City
and when you come to the end of the highway follow the signs to Camps
Bay (M62) which takes you up towards Table Mountain, over the saddle onto
Camps Bay Drive and then gives you beautiful views over Camps Bay.
Continue down until you come to a stop sign. Go straight across and continue
downhill until you come to a traffic light. Turn left into the coastal
road, which is Victoria Road. After about 500m you will see our sign on
the left hand side.
