We have a full view of the white beach sands being swept clean by the blue Atlantic Ocean, coupled with uninterrupted panoramic views of the coastal landscape yet only a 10-15 minute walk down to Camps Bay Beach and its famous restaurant strip.

Boutique @ 10 Accommodation

To ensure guests comfort, all suites, which are serviced daily, include 32 to 40 inch LCD flat screens , wi-fi connectivity, air-conditioning for room climate control, electronic safes, hair dryers, tea / coffee trays and en-suites with shower and/or bath.
3 of the guest suites feature beds that can be made into 2 singles or a king, while the Ocean Suite offers a stylish, king size wooden sleigh bed designed and hand crafted by a good friend.
All are draped in pure white linen and splashed with colourful throws, extra length pillows, scatter cushions and are dressed with goose down duvets and flat sheets.

Sliding glass doors lead to a large common outdoor balcony for the Ocean and Lions Head Suites on the upper level. The Deck Suite opens up to the main pool deck and Beach Suite has a private entrance and private garden patio. Both are located on the main level of the house and can accommodate a third single bed on request.

The Beach Suite
Features twins or a king size bed ( an extra single bed can be accommodated ), air-conditioning for desired temperature control, en-suite with shower, small kitchenette for the preparation of light snacks but no cooking, wi-fi connectivity, a 37 cm LCD flat screen, safe, hair dryer and tea / coffee tray.
The suite has a mediterranean feel to it with ambience lighting to enhance it's calming aura. The Atlantic Ocean is viewed through 2 sash windows that face west and tunnel through a passage of archways giving you the feeling of privacy and solitude.

Guests can walk through a private entrance into the arched passage way which leads to their private deck and garden area with wooden loungers under large protecting pine trees.
This area is sprinkled with sun rays and overlooks a ravine teaming with nature that stretches to the ocean. Beach Suite guests are still welcome to use the main house and pool deck area as well.

The Lion's Head Suite
Has amazing views of Lion's Head framed through arched windows on the North side of the suite and the Atlantic Ocean, due west and southwest, through large sliding doors that open on to the vast upper deck area.
Through the high narrow window behind the bed, which can be made up as twins or a king size, guests can view Table Mountain and the upper Cable Station and Cable Car as it moves inside to unload and pick up passengers.

This is the largest suite and it features a spacious en suite with shower, wi-fi connectivity, 37 cm LCD flat screen, safe, hair dryer, tea and coffee tray and air conditioning for room climate control.
The floors are made of beautifully preserved Oregon pine wood dating back to the early 1900s. The simple headboard and side tables, made out of the same large beams by a local old school craftsman, gives the room a warm charm.

The Ocean Suite
Is affectionately know as 'Club Duvet ' and also features the warm feel of old Oregon pine floors and furniture. A king size Oregon pine sleigh bed, crafted by a good friend, faces north west, to views of the slopes of Lion's Head and the rocky shoreline of Maidens Cove.
Large sliding glass doors open onto the upper deck. The west facing sliding glass door opens up to uninterrupted views of the green belt ravine that winds down the slopes onto Camps Bay beach and the rolling Atlantic Ocean.
The large en suite features a Jacuzzi bath, separate walk in shower and bidet. The room has a 37 cm flat screen TV, wi-fi connectivity, safe, hair dryer, tea / coffee tray and air conditioning for room climate control.

The Deck Suite
Has double french doors which open up onto the north end of the main pool deck with delightful views of the Atlantic Ocean and landscape to the south.
The suite features a king size bed which can also be made into 2 single beds ( a third single bed can be accommodated ), wi-fi connectivity, a 32 inch LCD flat screen, tea / coffee tray, wall safe, en suite with separate bath and shower, hair dryer, and air conditioning for room climate control.

How To Get To Boutique @ 10

From Airport off N2 ( same applies for N1 towards Cape Town )
Take the N2 towards Cape Town CBD, as the N2 ends keep going straight following signs to Table Mountain and Camps Bay.
Drive up towards Table Mountain, through the neck ( there is a turn off to the Table Mountain Cable Car on the left and a turn off to Signal Hill on the right ) and down on west side to magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and Camps Bay below.
Take Geneva Drive turn off, which is the 2nd road to right, (there is a right hand turn lane indicated here). Take the 1st left turn off Geneva Drive which is Medburn Road. We are located at 10 Medburn Road (5th house on the right).
