We are an upmarket guest house situated in "The Glenn", Camps bay. only a mere 150 meters from the Camps Bay beach, restaurants, nightlife and shops, Berkley House is an ideal base to explore Cape Town from. Berkley House Accommodation Berkley House is a triple storey building that comprises of a
ground floor flat, main house and a penthouse suite. The guest house

Buffalo Room (sleeps 4)
This is a family room, with a Double bed downstairs and two single beds
upstairs on a mezzanine level. There is an en suite bathroom with a spa
bath and shower.
This room leads out unto a private patio with ocean view. There is an
additional mattress available than can be placed upstairs or downstairs.
Leopard Room (sleeps 4)
This is a family room, with a Double bed downstairs and two single beds
upstairs on a mezzanine level. There is an en suite bathroom with a spa
bath and shower.

PENTHOUSE SUITE
The Penthouse Suite comprises of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and
an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area that also has a double
sleeper couch.
The one bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has twin beds. This
unit can sleep up to 6 people. This unit operate both on a self-catering
basis or on a B&B basis. The two rooms can also be rented out individually
as they are both private and have their own bathrooms.
GROUND FLOOR FLAT
The Ground Floor Flat comprises of 2 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite
and an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area that also has a
double sleeper couch.
Both bedrooms have double beds. This unit can sleep up to 6 people. This
unit operate both on a self-catering basis or on a B&B basis.
