Hills Guest Accommodation is situated on the slopes of Tygerberg Hills
in Loevenstein, an upmarket suburb of Bellville, Cape Town North.
Our central location with easy access to main routes is perfect for both
business and leisure.
For relaxation after a day of business or leisure, you can make use of
the braai facilities, lapa and splash pool with a view of the Cape Peninsula.

expectations and are looking forward to welcome you at Tyger Hills Guest
Accommodation.
We were established in June 2001 and due to repeat business, we are growing
constantly. We strive for quality accommodation at good rates.
The individually decorated rooms are equipped with a TV (SABC1,2,3, etv,
M-Net), clock radio, hairdryer, fan, panel heater, blankets, guest amenities
and complimentary coffee-and tea making facilities. An iron and mini-iron
board is provided in each room.

Parking: For peace of mind, secure parking is provided
on the premises. with palisade fencing, remote controlled gate and all-night

Bed & Breakfast. (Breakfast served in the comfort of your own room)
Rates: Excellent value at reasonable rates.
Quality: To be assured of the quality accommodation that
we offer, we are graded as a 3-star by the Tourism Grading Council of
South Africa, is a member of the National Accommodation Association of
South Africa and Accommodation Cape Town North.

Privacy is ensured as each room has its own entrance from the outside.
Quality linen (cotton percale sheets) are provided on the comfortable
orthopedic beds and luxury bath towels are provided in each room’s
private en-suite bathroom.
To ensure a completely carefree stay, we provide a daily cleaning service
(Except Sundays and Public Holidays). There is a non-smoking policy inside
the rooms.

beds and a sleeper couch which provides additional accommodation for children.

table model two plate cooker / oven, crockery, cooking utensils and the
room also has a dining area. It has an en-suite shower, toilet and hand
basin. Direct access to the pool area and thatch lapa.
This 24 m2 room is situated on the upper level and has a view of the pool
and lapa area from its own balcony.
It has a double bed and is equipped with a bar-fridge, microwave oven
and crockery. En-suite shower, toilet and hand basin. No dishwashing facilities
in this room.
Ideal for single occupancy, this cosy room (approximately 21 m2) is situated
on ground level and has a ¾ bed, table, chair, kitchenette with
bar fridge, micro wave oven and crockery. It has a private shower, toilet
and hand basin.

DIRECTIONS FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
· Follow the Exit signs to the first intersection.
· At the traffic light continue straight and follow the Bellville
/ Borcherds Quarry Road signboards.
· Keep to the left lane, and take the Borcherds Quarry Road turn-off
to the left directly after the bridge.
· At the intersection on the bridge, turn left to follow the Bellville
(M22) sign.
· Keep straight and turn right into Modderdam Road (M10 to Bellville).
· Turn left at the second traffic light into De La Rey Road (Follow
the sign indicating “Parow / Tygerberg M29”).
· Continue straight for ± 5 ½ kilometres (cross Fransie
van Zijl and Voortrekker Road).
· Turn right into Frans Conradie Road (follow the signboard M25
Bellville/N1).
· At the next intersection, turn left into Mike Pienaar Boulevard
(follow the sign indicating M16 Jip de Jager Drive).
· At the 3rd traffic light, turn left into Hendrik Verwoerd Drive
(follow the signboard Plattekloof Road M14)
· Tyger Hills Guest Accommodation is in this road, about 500 m
further on your right (number 265), next to the Tijger Clinic; green palisade
fencing in front of the guest house.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE N1:
· From the N1 to Cape Town: Take Exit 20 (Mike Pienaar, JIP de
Jager) and turn right into JIP de Jager at the traffic light.
Turn left into Hendrik Verwoerd Drive. We are situated approximately 500
m further on the right (next to Tijger Clinic) – 265 Hendrik Verwoerd
Drive.

· From the N1 to Paarl: Take Exit 20 (Mike Pienaar, JIP de Jager)
and turn left into JIP de Jager at the traffic light. Turn left into Hendrik
Verwoerd Drive. We are situated approximately 500 m further on the right
(next to Tijger Clinic) – 265 Hendrik Verwoerd Drive.
