Pension Marianna offers ideal air conditioned and fully equipped conference
facilities to host your conference in tranquil and private surroundings.
There are various packages from which to choose including catering and
accommodation for conferences extending over several days.
Pension Marianna conference facilities have seating capacities for up
to 25 delegates in various seating formations but will accommodate up
60 delegates in cinema style.

Access Control
Pension Marianna is fully secure with an access controlled automated gate
to the property. Entry to the property is controlled by personnel on duty.

Please enquire at reception or prior to your arrival. We will gladly arrange
for you.
Beauty, Body Treatments and Massage
For a full range of beauty and wellness treatments on site, arrangements
can be made at reception.
Breakfast
A full English breakfast is served in the beautifully decorated dining
room or on the patio overlooking the tranquil garden. Breakfast is served
from 07H15 until 09H00. Should you require an earlier or later breakfast
please make arrangements with management the previous night.
Check Out Time
The checkout time is 10h00. Should you require a later time, please arrange
with management. Dinners
Dinners are available upon request. Delicious dinners are prepared subject
to prior arrangement with reception.
Hairdryers
Hair dryers are available in all rooms.
Keys
You will be provided with a key to your room. Please do remember to hand
them back to reception upon departure.
Laundry
A laundry service is available at a nominal fee. Please inform us should
you require this service.

Parking
The parking area is situated in the grounds of Pension Marianna which
are access controlled. Parking is well lit and safe.
Power Failure
In the event of a power failure rooms are equipped with torches for your
convenience.

Smoking is not permitted indoors but you are most welcome to do so outdoors
in all public areas.
Swimming Pool
Pension Marianna offers an enormous well positioned swimming pool located
near the conference facility and relaxation areas of the guest house.
Spend long lazy days around the beautiful swimming pool and enjoy a sundowner at the pool area. Please note that children may not swim unattended by a responsible adult. No bath towels to be used at the pool area. There is provision made for special pool towels.
Tea and Coffee Trays
You have been provided with tea and coffee making facilities in your room.
Please ask us should you need us to replenish your stock.
Television
Colour TV's are available in all rooms with DSTV channels, SABC 1, 2,
3, E-TV and MNet available.

combination who lead a formidable staff compliment, well trained in the
hospitality industry. With over 15 years of experience in the industry,

accommodation, conferencing, events or leisure.

We will assist in coordinating, catering and hosting your special event
at Pension Marianna. Our beautiful venue and stunning gardens are the
ideal venue for an intimate wedding or special event and will make your
photographs a lasting memory for your special day.

Durbanville Craft Market - takes place on the first Saturday of the month
as well as every Saturday during the December festive season.
Green Market Square - held in the heart of Cape Town this in one of Cape
Town's oldest and most popular markets. A real treat for a day out.

Houtbay Craft Market - Takes place every Sunday with a large variety
of African curios, pottery, wire crafts, Ostrich eggs, wooden sculptures
and on occasion pony rides.
Kirstenbosch Craft Market - takes place on the last Sunday of the month
except for closing in June, July and August (Winter months). In December
the market takes place on two Sundays. Entrance is free.
DURBANVILLE NATURE RESERVE
This reserve, in the heart of Durbanville, is unique in that it is situated
in an entirely endangered veld type. Nature lovers will find species of
Renosterveld Coastal fynbos and Mountain fynbos side by side.
Rare and endangered species like Aristea lugens and Serruria Brownii are found here. This is a bird watcher's paradise, with unusual species that thrive in this combination veld. Picnicking is permissible and guided walks can be organised.

TYGERBERG NATURE RESERVE
The 278ha reserve in the Tygerberg Hills is situated in the extremely
endangered West Coast Renoster veld type. From "The Viewpoint"
in the reserve, the Cape Peninsula can be seen in all its splendour. Hiking
trails named after animals, cover 7680m and can comfortably be walked
in 2 hours.
