Living Room

The villa is set back from the road and is some 8 metres above road level. This ensures complete privacy and no road user can see into the villa.The large ground floor is open plan and has a very spacious feel. There are big panoramic windows, allowing you lovely views.

The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are very big and beautiful. The furniture is luxurious and very tasteful. The huge dining table can comfortably seat 12, using the 12 dining chairs provided. The lounge provides plenty of armchairs and a big L-shaped sofa.

It also has a writing desk, side and coffee tables, a multi-channel TV, a DVD player and a stereo music system. Wireless broadband is provided so bring your laptop and keep in touch with the world.

Kitchen and Dining Room

There are 3 ceiling fans in this area and standing fans to keep you cool.The kitchen is state of the art and a pleasure to be in. Granite work tops, every appliance you can imagine, kitchen utensils, modern cutlery, finest white porcelain crockery and glassware galore!

Floors throughout the villa are paved with the finest porcelain tiles and add an even greater sense of luxury. On this floor is a convenient half bathroom with modern fittings and luxury WC and wash basin.

Up a handsome stairway are 3 large bedrooms, two with twin single beds, dressing tables, large wardrobes, chairs and bedside tables with reading lamps. These two rooms share a lovely spacious modern bathroom.

Make the effort and watch the sun rise once or twice during your stay. You won’t regret it. All bedrooms are air conditioned, but in addition each has a ceiling fan. The windows in the bedrooms are all screened against mosquitoes.

Twin Room

The third bedroom is the master bedroom. This has panoramic sliding French doors leading onto the balcony. These offer the most spectacular views, even when you are in bed.This is the side of the island where the sun rises.

The master bedroom has a big wardrobe, dressing table, chairs, bedside tables and queen-sized bed.The ensuite bathroom is large, with two washbasins mounted in separate granite-topped units. The bathroom and shower fittings are of the latest chrome design. Hot and cold water is provided throughout the villa.

Master Bedroom

This lovely villa was built in 2007 and is in pristine condition. It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding seas and beaches and an overview of Boracay. Designed with a Greek/Mediterranean concept, it has curved arches above the porch and balcony, giving shade and shelter – wonderful areas to sit and enjoy the magnificent views.

Reached by a spiral staircase from the upper balcony is a very special place – the roof terrace. This covers the whole area of the villa. Up here you are close to heaven , with uninterrupted views and cooling breezes.

There is a large gazebo on the roof terrace offering shade from the sun.The roof terrace is a great place to be on a sunny (or rainy) day, but dining up there in the evening, under a starry moonlit sky, is an experience you’ll never forget. Or, if you want to give a party, what better place to host it?

Roof Terraces

The pool is situated at the upper level of the garden and has magnificent views. At the side of the pool is a charming thatched gazebo, complete with garden chairs and table. You can sit in the shade, enjoying the fantastic views in a very relaxing environment.

The pool depth is sensible, from 3ft to 5ft and there are steps leading into it at the shallow end. It’s a user-friendly pool and safe for non-swimming adults.In the vicinity of the pool is an outdoor barbecue, which is ideal for poolside barbecues and pool parties. At night the pool area can be illuminated.

The large beautiful garden has been tastefully landscaped and is full of lush tropical plants and flowering perfumed shrubs. The landscape designer has cleverly used the terrain to ensure complete privacy when using the pool.

Direct flights from Manila to Caticlan (AirPhil Express, Cebu Pacific, Seair, Zest Air) and Kalibo (Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines, Zest Air) are available daily.
If coming from Caticlan, proceed to the Caticlan Jetty Port to catch a boat ride to Cagban or Tambisaan Jetty Port in Boracay (depending on weather condition).
If coming from Kalibo, take an air-conditioned bus or shuttle (approximately 60-90 minutes) going to Caticlan Jetty Port to catch a boat ride to Cagban or Tambisaan Jetty Port in Boracay.
Direct flights from Cebu and Caticlan are also available though Airphil Express and Cebu Pacific, while Clark to Kalibo via Air Asia.
