If your point of origin is outside the Philippines yo can take a flight to Puerto Princesa once you arrive in Manila airport. Manila to Puerto Princesa flights will take less than an hour. Time duration goes the same way if your point of origin is from Cebu. Arriving in Puerto Princesa take a taxi or van going to the hotel which will take just 10 minutes.
