Welcome to The Sitio Boracay Resort The Sitio Boracay Resort is constructed in a 755 square metre lot located in Balabag Plaza only 200 metres from the beach. It offers privacy and exclusive accommodations, preferably to extended families and groups. It has catered to some high profile VIP guests who have enjoyed a memorable experience while staying in the Sitio Boracay Resort. Accommodation at The Sitio Boracay Resort:
The Sitio Boracay Resort has 4 villas built in a Filipino-Balinese
style. The foundation is made of concrete while the roof is of a unique
design with cogon roofing. Each room has a package type air conditioning.
The total floor area of the 4 villas is 416 square metres.
Honeymoon Villas
Three honeymoon villas (Villa 1, 2 and 4a) set the scene of personal and
serene moments together, each villa has a living room with a bar, a one
bedroom loft and complemented by Jacuzzis for two, garden showers that
bring the outdoors in and private en-suite spas – all that separates
you are your heartbeats.
Family Villas
Also available are two family villas (Villas 3 and 4b) that accommodates
up to seven guests, so that you and your loved ones can indulge in cosy
bonding moments together.
Cattage
For romantic getaway Sitio Waling-Waling would be well suited. Four or
five people share a pool and each cottage has two floors very well fitted
with big bathtubs and outdoor showers.
Deluxe Villa
Villa 4 has two units ( 4a and 4b) The lower unit (4a) has a living room
with a bar, a large bedroom, spacious bathroom with a garden, Jacuzzi
for 2, TV and electronic safe. The upper unit (4b) has a living room with
a bar, a bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi for 2 and cable TV. The unit has
a loft with a bed and playing area for children. Villas 4a and 4b, have
an adjoining door for a family or group who wants to occupy both villas.
Resort Facilities:
There is a reception counter which doubles up as an outside bar. There
is a service building which houses a generator room, kitchen and laundry.
The compound is equipped with a standby generator which can supply the
entire electrical requirement of the compound during electricity shutdowns.
The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped.
There is also a waterfall which spills into a swimming pool for the use of guests. It displays changing coloured lights for evening swimming. Two cottages are located alongside the swimming pool.
