We offer our own unique style fully fitted apartments set within a hillside retreat. With panoramic views across to neighboring islands and deep blue seas, overlooking the world class golf course and surrounded by nature amongst the lush green jungle, you can relax in comfort with a total sense of escapism. With this in mind, you will understand why the development was named “Tanawin”; Tagalog language of the Philippines, meaning “the view”.

ACCOMMODATION
One Bedroom Deluxe
A large spacious one bedroom apartment, apartment 2a is perfect for a luxury stay whether it be long term stay or a short vacation. Fully equipped your own private entrance and private terrace area, plus bathroom complete with a bubbling Jacuzzi tub bath, and rain shower, this one bed is totally a haven. Apartment 2A has stunning views out to the tops of the palm trees and Bulabog beach.

Pool Suites
The Pool Suite is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with a private entrance. It has an amazing view overlooking the Tanawin pool, Ilig-iligan beach and the lush green golf course. The sunsets from this exclusive unit are enchanting and unforgettable.

Two Bedroom
Uniquely designed, each with a different floor size, layout and view, these apartments are fully fitted and equipped with modern appliances and have master en-suite bathrooms. Some of these apartments face the golf course and it’s beach views, and others face the ocean lagoon and the mountains of the neighbouring island of Panay totally amazing! The apartments are light and airy and have a contemporary asian design style Floor areas range from 100-150 sq m.

Two Bedroom Deluxe
Uniquely designed, each with a different floor size, layout and view, these apartments are fully fitted and equipped with modern appliances and have master en-suite bathrooms. Some of these apartments face the golf course and its beach views, and others face the ocean lagoon and the mountains of the neighbouring island of Panay. The apartments are light and airy and have a contemporary Asian design style. Each Deluxe rooms has a Jacuzzi. Floor areas range from 130-160 sq. metre.

Penthouse, 3 Bedroom
Tanawin only has two completely luxurious penthouse suites both with incredible panoramic breath-taking views. Penthouse 11 facing Bulabog beach has 3 bedrooms with the large masters’ bedroom en-suite allowing you to wake up literally looking over the whole of Boracay Island, the bone of the island, out to seas both side of the island, sunrise at your fingertips plus glimpses of sunset.

Penthouse 12 facing the golf course is a huge spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, master en-suite bathroom and also boasts an office set to wake you up to sunrise. The terrace overlooks sunrise and also has its own gazebo overlooking the pool. Both penthouse apartments are truly your own private paradise. With at least 200 sq. meters of floor space. The two units are good for 6 people with 3 bedrooms in each unit.

Dining
Tanawin’s Terrace Bar and Restaurant breakfast selection is a carnival of delights to tempt your morning appetite. For those wanting a healthy start to their day we provide the choice of the Fruit Platter or Healthy Breakfast with muesli or cornflakes.

Have any of the menu items served to your room or step out to our deck overlooking the pool and golf course. If you wish to take in the 360 degree views of Boracay Island while enjoying our cuisine then the rooftop is the place to be.

Island Activities
Scuba diving
For those interested in Scuba Diving and Diving Packages, there are literally dozens of Dive Centres along the White Beach; it is a good place to learn or to improve your skills. The dive centres operate a cartel and have agreed standard prices amongst themselves so prices will be the same at all centres. There are 25-30 dive sites within 10-15 minutes speed boat ride from the beach, suitable for beginners up to advanced level.

Boat tours and Island Hopping
The best way to see the beauty of Boracay and its various beaches is by Paraw (native outrigger sailboat). You will be constantly asked if you want to take a boat trip, as there are literally dozens of companies offering this service. Also, a day trip to “Ariels Point” is a wonderful way to see what else is around Boracay. These can be organized through the BBC Resort at Station 1.

Kite boarding
Boracay’s Bulabog beach is known as the best kite surfing destination in Asia. The season runs from November through to April with onshore winds varying between 12-30 knots. The ocean lagoon (2km wide) is protected from waves by a coral reef. Water becomes almost flat on a low tide, making it easy to start learning to kite surf and continue with freestyle tricks.

Golf
The stunning world class golf course of Fairways and Blue water is every golfer’s dream of a perfect golf holiday. Offering trimmed greens with tropical gardens, you can play the 18 holes early and still be in time for brunch and liquid refreshments back at the clubhouse .

Shopping in Boracay
Along White Beach, there is a wide variety of gift shops and boutiques along the beach path and in D*Mall, (mostly concentrated, including D*Mall* at Station 2). In addition to the crowded stalls that you expect in Asia, Boracay also has several high-end stores including clothing, art and household items. An alternative to D’Mall is D’talipapa at station 3, between the main road and White Beach, which features a number of shops.

While walking or laying on the sand, anywhere on Boracay, you’ll be approached to buy a variety of items including jewellery made of shells, fresh fruit, ice cream, sunglasses or a nice massage.
