The Spider House can best be described as a giant treehouse that we built on the rocks at the base of a cliff, directly over the water. The house is built mainly with bamboo and wood and blends in naturally with its surroundings.

We have about 12 rooms in the house that we have divided up into a number of different room types, but don’t let the fancy names fool you. They are all built in the same simple native style and you will not find a TV or A/C in any of them.

The rooms are built in an open plan style so the fan provided is generally enough and there is a mosquito net to help keep our neighbours at bay.All the rooms in the Spider House have stunning views out to the sea.

We have been here almost 25 years, never changing our style, still keeping the local native look, reminiscent of the way things were in boracay in the beginning.We have free WiFi around the house so you can always keep in touch with the outside world and when you want to go swimming, you don’t have to go to the beach…the beach comes to you!

Rooms
Standard Double Rooms

We have a couple of Standard Double Rooms in the house, but I can assure you, there is nothing standard about the view. These rooms are given this title as the bathroom and shower with hot water, are located outside of the room and are shared.

The room has a double bed with mosquito net, providing simple and comfortable accommodation for 1 or 2 people. There is a fan in the room to help keep you cool at night and the mosquitos away. Throughout the house there is free WiFi for you to use if you feel that you need to connect to the rest of the world.

Standard Double Rooms

We have a couple of Standard Double Rooms with private bathroom in the house. These rooms have a small double bed with mosquito net, so they are perfect for 1 or 2 guests. They also have their own private bathroom.

As with all of our rooms they have views out to the sea, but there are not direct and are slightly blocked by the trees. There is a fan in the room to help keep you cool at night and the mosquitos away. Throughout the house there is free WiFi for you to use if you feel that you need to connect to the rest of the world.

Superior Rooms
Most of the rooms in the house are Superior Rooms and they are simply given their name as they are big enough to have their own private bathroom and shower with hot water.As with all of the house they are built in the traditional filipino style, using main bamboo and wood.

The rooms have a double bed with mosquito net, providing simple and comfortable accommodation for up to 2 people. There is a fan in the room to help keep you cool at night and the mosquitos away. Throughout the house there is free WiFi for you to use if you feel that you need to connect to the rest of the world.

Suites
We have a few large Superior Rooms in the house that we call Suites. These rooms are large enough to sleep up to 4 people, making them ideal for small groups, families or for those just wanting some extra space to hang out in.

As with all of the house they are built in the traditional filipino style, using main bamboo and wood. The rooms have a couple of beds with mosquito nets, providing simple and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people.
