Accommodation at Ralph’s Place:
Ralph’s Place consists of a variety of accommodations to suit your
holiday needs. Each type of accommodation appeals to unique holiday needs,
with affordable rates that vary according to the room size, number of
occupants and time of the year.
Duplex House
A two-story Duplex House consisting of two (2) separate units, with a
floor area of 90 square metres each. The units can accommodate up to six
(6) persons maximum, perfect for the whole family or for a big group of
friends.
Bungalow House
Two Bungalow Houses are available, with a floor area of 28 square metres
each. Each of the two (2) Bungalow Houses can accommodate a minimum of
two (2) persons. The Bungalow House is ideal for couples or for those
looking for a personal retreat, a private porch offers the luxury of a
sweeping and marvelous view of the beach. One (1) bungalow is equipped
with a loft bed, perfect for kids.
Studio
Five Studios are available, situated at the lower level gardens of the
compound. With floor areas ranging from a 25 square metre one level studio
with a loft, to a 50 square metre two level studio with a loft, each unit
can accommodate up to four (4) persons. Each studio is equipped with a
kitchenette, with two (2) studios that are air-conditioned rooms and two
(2) studios equipped with a fan.
The Studio complex has a shared private garden overlooking Bulabog Beach, with its own private access to the pathway that leads to the beach, perfect for those who are on the go and prefer a shorter climb from the foot of the hill.
Bahay Kubo Bungalow
The Bahay Kubo or traditionally the Filipino native nipa hut bungalow
is the genuine article, for those who wish to have a pure and truly blissful
tropical island experience. Tucked quietly away on the most private and
tranquil area of the sprawling property, the Bahay Kubo Bungalow is partially
secluded with its own private tropical garden and fruit-bearing trees.
With a floor area of 30 square metres, this brand new Bahay Kubo Bungalow
can accommodate double to quadruple sharing.
A fan room designed to offer free-flowing fresh air is equipped with an indoor and outdoor living and dining area. This private chalet is also furnished with a loft bed, a private porch opens up to the private pocket garden offering tranquility and the luxury of communing with nature.
Cliff House
The Cliff House is a brand new cliffside bungalow house perched majestically
and conveniently located a few steps from the main entrance of the sprawling
property and with a picturesque front row view of Bulabog Beach.
A private oasis with its own private walkway, the Cliff House has a floor area of 30 square meters and can accommodate a minimum of single or double occupants. A private porch offers the luxury of a sweeping and marvelous view of the beach where you can feast your senses on the sights and sounds of this side of Paradise.
Garden House
The Garden House is a brand new bungalow house serenely overlooking the
magnificent Bulabog Beach. A cozy cottage amidst tropical gardens, the
Garden House has a floor area of 20 square metres and can accommodate
a minimum of single or double occupants.
A romantic and dreamy bed canopy allows guests to slide open the glass doors to take in the fresh air while cocooned in sheer comfort.
Two Bedroom Apartment
One (1) brand new Two Bedroom Apartment is available, with a floor area
of 100 square metres that can comfortably accommodate a minimum of four
(4) persons and a maximum of six (6) persons, ideal for a couple with
one or two children. The Two Bedroom Apartment includes a maid or nanny’s
quarters and and a complete kitchen.
Bungalow Apartment / Deluxe Suite
One (1) brand new Bungalow Apartment is available, with a floor area of
60 square meters that can comfortably accommodate a minimum of two (2)
persons and a maximum of four (4) persons. Ideal for a couple with one
or two children.
The Bungalow Apartment has its own private garden, offering the luxury of a sweeping and marvelous view of the beach from the porch, it also has a private entrance and access to the back gate.
