The roof is of cogon grass and the terra-cotta tiled ground floor features a spacious living area and a six seat solid mahogany bar which is adjacent to the fully equipped compact kitchen.

The master bedroom in the upper story boasts of a solid wooden floor and a king size four-poster canopied bamboo bed. The long balcony affords views of the gardens, the picnic gazebo and the unspoiled Diniwid hilltops.

The spacious en-suite marble bathroom contains a sunken bathtub, bidet and an outdoor shower in a secret garden. Next to the downstairs living area is a twin bedroom with en suite marble toilet and shower.
