Palm Breeze Villa is a 4 Star hotel located beach front on Bulabog Beach Boracay. This boutique hotel has only 2 suites and 3 Deluxe Rooms. This is the first hotel in Boracay not to allow children under the age of 12 years old, so the place remains a haven of tranquility for our guests.

Guests may enjoy the swimming pool with swim-up bar, and the spacious furnished sun deck with magnificent views over the entire stretch of Bulabog Beach and the sea. There is also a shady pavilion with lots of cushions to relax at. Guests may enjoy relaxing massages on the special massage tables at the hotel's private beach-cove.

Free wifi is provided in all rooms and throughout the resort. There is an onsite covered terrace where guests may order breakfast. Several restaurants and bars are within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is also beside a water sports centre and an excellent kiteboarding/kitesurfing and windsurfing centre which provides lessons at all levels and also rents out equipment.

Our boutique Boracay hotel has a slightly elevated position on Bulabog Beach, at the corner of the bay offering guests privacy and magnificent views over the whole of Bulabog beach and the sea from our spacious sundeck and shady pavilion. Cool off in the swimming pool with a little waterfall flowing into it, and relax at the swim up bar.

A stone staircase leads through the garden to a small naturally shaded private beach nestled in the rocks, where guests can enjoy relaxing massages on our specially built massage tables. Another pathway takes you to a gate with direct access to the main beach, the road and public transportation.

Palm Breeze Villa is slightly sheltered by the curve of the bay, so that we enjoy gentle breezes year round, without the need to put up wind breakers. Enjoy watching the Boracay kiteboarding / kitesurfing and windsurfing action from your room or while relaxing on the sun-deck.

For your convenience, free Wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the resort so you can even check your emails while relaxing by the pool or in the pavilion.

Our Boracay hotel has only five guest rooms total, and we cater to those looking for quiet and private surroundings. No children under the age of 12.

We have two suites: one is a sea-view studio apartment, and the other is a one-bedroom apartment. There are also three Deluxe sea-view rooms. Palm Breeze Villa is located beach front on Bulabog Beach. The busy White Beach Boracay is only 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, and the main Boracay shopping area of D'Mall is only 10 minutes walk away.

All our hotel rooms have private ensuite bathrooms, quiet air conditioning and free wifi internet.

This is a fully equipped one-bedroom suite. Bedroom with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate living room.

Dining:
We have a covered dining terrace where guests can order from our breakfast menu every day from 8:00am to 10:30 am. We do not serve lunch or dinner, but we have home-delivery menus from some local restaurants, and there are several excellent restaurants, snack shops and bars within less than five minutes walk from the hotel.
