Casa Coron Hotel is a boutique three story, 8-room hotel, in the middle of Coron Town in Palawan. Given its size, at first glance, it can be mistaken for a modern house. The look maybe modern, but it is designed and built to reflect how tourism started in Coron-small houses that were converted to hotel like rooms to accommodate tourists.

While the trend in Coron now is towards bigger and modern buildings, Casa Coron Hotel keeps it simple, but clean, comfortable and secure. After all, the trip in Coron is not about the hotel but the experience of swimming near shipwrecks, appreciating corals, feeding the fish, frolicking by the beach, and the like. One can say that Casa Coron Hotel is a place where one can rest and replenish for several days of Coron island adventure.

Accommodation

Each room has a double size bed and a single bed for a family of three. An extra bed can be added at a minimal cost for a family of four. Each room has a private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. The room has air-conditioning and is equipped with a 32 inch LED TV. Except for the ground floor, each floor has 3 rooms only and has a common balcony that offers a view of Calle Real.

Amenities

There is a mexican restaurant on the ground floor, Los Guapos, that offers comfort foods like pizzas, tacos ad burgers. Beside is a small Eco-Adventure tour operator that offers customized tour packages such as: island camping, mountain hiking and biking, paddle board island tours, and more.

Directions to Coron Casa Hotel

Look for a flight to Busuanga Airport, Coron. There are regular flights 3 to 4 times a day with some domestic airlines. From Busuanga airport it's a 40 minute transfer ride to Coron town. There are shuttle vans operating outside the terminal that cost around Php 150 per person. The resort is a 30 minute ride from the airport. Coron Casa Hotel is right across Coron Ecolodge, along Calle Real Poblacion 2, Coron Palawan, walking distance from the Town Municipal Office, Fire Station and Covered Multi-purpose Court.
