If your point of origin is outside the Philippines yo can take a flight to Puerto Princesa once you arrive in Manila airport. Manila to Puerto Princesa flights will take less than an hour. Time duration goes the same way if your point of origin is from Cebu. Arriving in Puerto Princesa take a taxi going to the hotel which will take just 10 minutes. Budget travellers can also take a tricycle arriving at the airport. Tell the driver to drop you off infront of DPWH Sta. Monica, on the right side you will see the hotel.

There are also ferries that sails weekly from Manila to Puerto Princesa that would take you 18 to 22 hours. Arriving in Puerto Princesa take a taxi or a tricycle going to the hotel which will take 10 minutes.
