Dive
At Atmosphere you can take full advantage of some of the world's best scuba diving. The world renowned Apo Island with its walls, stunning coral and schooling fish is a short boat ride away. Some of the world’s rarest critters compete for the underwater photographer’s attention along the Dauin coastline where Atmosphere is situated.

Our spacious Dive Centre offers a full range of PADI courses in multiple languages, as well as instructor courses, photography classes or workshops and marine life presentations. Whether a beginner diver, a snorkeler or an experienced underwater photographer, we will cater to your every need.

Yoga
Yoga is the essence of The Sanctuary Spa’s approach to health and wellbeing. Embraced by many, it can be practiced on a simple level for fitness and mental relaxation or on a deeper level to penetrate all aspects of life. Yoga at whatever level is the key to good healthy living and a full appreciation of both the mind and body.

At Atmosphere, both open and private yoga classes are held daily, from beginners to intermediate and advanced level. Present in the grounds, nestled high in the trees and overlooking the ocean is an elevated yoga platform which can accommodate up to 15 people, come rain or shine.

Spa
When the doors open to The Sanctuary Spa at Atmosphere, it unveils a secret garden where four treatment pavilions nestle discreetly amongst running waterfalls, ponds and tropical plants. Each pavilion has two treatment tables and its own unique bathroom. Also present in the Spa is a heated pool for Watsu (water shiatsu) treatments.

The central Shala is The Sanctuary’s relaxation and reception area where you can recline and read a book to escape the mid-day sun. The spa offers a multitude of treatments and wellness packages, ranging from massages, facials and body wraps to water therapy, yoga and relaxation classes.

Tours
Stepping out of the resort, you have the whole of Negros Oriental, renowned for outstanding natural beauty and fascinating culture. The vast mountain ridge behind Atmosphere is home to many serene lakes and thundering waterfalls and the local indigenous culture means there are a myriad of fiestas, carnivals and local markets to witness.

Beautiful and mysterious islands with amazing snorkelling and the possibility to spot whale sharks, whales and dolphins are close by. The nearby City of Dumaguete is a university-town with a long breezy seaside boulevard and historical buildings

Kids
Kid’s Cove is a treasure of fun to be discovered by children of all ages. In addition to regular babysitting - "yaya" - services for the children of Atmosphere guests, we have a kid’s club on Atmosphere premises with access to fully equipped play rooms and classrooms with educational material and toys.

We also conduct kid’s swimming lessons and other activities.Our entire staff is trained in CPR and first aid for children.
