You will find Meike’s Guesthouse in the well-known resort of Swakopmund, between the Namib Desert and the Atlantic Ocean. Our modern, stylish guesthouse is centrally situated in the town of Swakopmund, but offers peace and quiet. All attractions, including museum, shops, historic buildings and restaurants, are within walking distance. We look forward to welcoming you as our guest.

Our Guesthouse is personally owned and operated in Swakopmund by Meike and Klaus Würriehausen, for over 10 years. With 20 years experience in tourism, they have just upgraded the guesthouse. It will be a pleasure to arrange day trips, outings, accommodation and restaurant reservations.

Sustainable tourism is at the heart of our business.
Therefore, they pay particular attention to ecological and sustainable use of resources.
An example of this is our hot water system, entirely powered by solar energy. Meike’s Guesthouse was the first tourism establishment in Swakopmund to be honoured with the ECO-award of the Namibian Tourism Association.

Our Guestrooms invite you to relax. The bright and stylish rooms are equipped with refrigerator, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. The en-suite bathrooms are modern and have a walk-in shower.

All rooms have a private veranda.
Internet access (WiFi) is available for free.
A rich, healthy breakfast buffet awaits you in the morning.
We have five spacious double rooms, equipped with twin beds.
Of these, four double rooms / bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.

For families, two family units are available, each with four beds and an en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet.
Of course you can also book breakfast.
