Mulu Village homestay (MV) is a charming accommodation situated in the heart of Borneo jungle, Mulu National Park, Sarawak. Since the park opened in 1985 to the public, Royal Geographical Society continues to make spectacular discoveries to the earth most extraordinary and vast underground landscape.
Mulu Village offers quick accessibility to the world’s famous caves and an unforgettable life experience in the rainforest. The present site of Mulu Village was also the site of forest camp for the Royal Geographical Society’s expeditors in 1977 to 1978.
Through more than 3 decades of changes, from a forest
camp in the 70s to a lodging house in the 80s and a staff quarters in the
90s. The present long house is now a home stay to the global citizen who comes
to admire the wonders of Mulu.
