Welcome to Tutu (Two) Mermaids!

Aloha friends, e komo mai, we welcome you to the Tutu (Two) Mermaids on Maui Bed and Breakfast. We are one of only a few licensed Bed and Breakfasts on Maui. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the sunny side of Maui in South Kihei. We are only minutes away from some of the best beaches, restaurants, galleries and shops in the world. If you're coming for a conference, we're just a few minutes away from Wailea Maui's number 1 resort community.

The beach just down the road from us Kamaole Beach Park III was named 5th best beach in Hawaii by Frommer's. World renown Makena Beach and the Ahihi Marine Reserve are just a few miles away. The beaches on this side of the island are long beautiful sandy stretches. You'll find plenty of parking, just bring a camera, swim suit and sunscreen! We'll take care of the rest.

Ocean 'Ohana

Wake up in paradise no alarm clocks needed here. Awaken to the sound of birds and enjoy a tropical continental breakfast at your leisure, on your own time, on your private lanai. Your lanai has a covered area filtered sun through bamboo reeds.

A bamboo privacy screen surrounds you on three sides giving you the best of both worlds, plenty of shade and plenty of sun.
The apt sized 'Ohana is decorated to reflect tropical island colours and the beauty of the ocean.

Directions to Tutu Mermaids on Maui Bed and Breakfast

From the Kahului airport follow all signs pointing towards Kihei-Makena-Wailea.
This will put you on Dairy Road, (Hwy 38).
Turn left at Pu'unene Ave.
Note the Sugar Mill (last one on Maui) on the left as you follow the curve of the road you are now on Mokulele Hwy (Hwy 311) headed towards Kihei. This Hwy will take you through scenic sugar cane fields about 6 miles and automatically put you onto the Pi'ilani Hwy 31.
Stay on this Hwy as you curve left towards Makena-Wailea look for the road signs (Hwy 31).
The highway parallels the ocean, it will be on right hand side as you drive.
Proceed about 6 more miles you'll pass about 6 traffic lights (Uwapo, Ohukai, Pi'ikea, Lipoa, Kanani, Ala Nui Ke Ali'i) after the 6th traffic light, look for Mile Marker 9 then take the next right turn on to Keonekai then turn on the very next left on to Ohina.
Drive up Ohina, cross 3 speed bumps, after the third speed bump, turn left on Alaume, then the next right on to Umalu Place.
It's the third house on right w/bamboo railings.
Drive up to your parking space at the top of the driveway.
If you are arriving after sunset look for the string of white (clear) lights along the edge of the roof.
