Rooms

One of the most romantic places in Hawaii, a former top romantic pick by bed and breakfast.com and national geographic traveller, Shipman House bed and breakfast is also perfect for business travel, family reunions, babymoons and vacation getaways. choose from Three guestrooms in the main house and two in the Plantation style guest house or guest cottage. Every guest room has its own modern, private bathroom and a small refrigerator.

Flossie's Room

On the first floor of the main house, it opens to the wraparound porch through original shutter doors and a glass window-door.

Guest Cottage

A 1910 Plantation Style Guest House, built as a Guest house after Mr. and Mrs. Jack London stayed a month in 1907, it is across the driveway from the main house. Two completely separate guest rooms and a large, shared Screened Porch. A connecting hall can be locked or opened between the rooms. Both rooms are upstairs. It has no living room or kitchen, but a microwave and coffee maker are on the back porch. Each guestroom has its own small refrigerator.

Makai Room

A pretty room, it gets the morning light and looks back toward the main house.

The Mauka Room

Look out on the Jungle, hear the sounds of the rainforest and feel the cool breeze from Maunakea at night.
