Near the charming town of Hanalei on Kauai’s lush north shore, the road narrows to two lanes then meanders along for several more miles. It’s a magnificent journey, bordered by emerald mountains laced with waterfalls on one side, stretches of white beach and aquamarine seas on the other.

Oceanfront
The Oceanfront suites at our Kauai hotel are approximately 30 feet from the beach, but still only a few short steps away. The ocean views are stunning but not as panoramic as a Premium Ocean unit.

All of our vacation rentals are sure to please with an unmatched location, relaxed ambiance, and timeless serenity truly one of the most unique resorts on Kauai.

Our boutique Kauai hotel and resort offers lovely Ocean View condominium suites situated approximately 150 feet from the sand and adjacent to a grassy courtyard.

These suites provide beautiful ocean views, but are not directly on the beach. Our Kauai resort accommodations offer serenity and comfort surrounded by spectacular natural surroundings.

Garden View
Our Garden View suites are approximately 250 feet from the sand, facing Kauai’s incredible north shore mountains. These units provide a serene mountain view and are set back from the ocean on a sprawling lawn. Directions to Hanalei Colony Resort

Driving Directions
1. Follow the airport exit signs (Ahukini Road, Hwy 570).
2. When exiting the airport, you'll come to a stoplight — the junction of Ahukini and Kuhio Hwy (Hwy 56).
3. Make a right turn onto Hwy 56 and stay on this road until you arrive at the entrance to Hanalei Colony Resort.
4. The resort is located five miles past Hanalei and the seven famed bridges.
5. Look for our sign shortly after the double one-lane bridges.

The drive will take approximately one hour, depending on traffic conditions. This truly scenic drive is worth every second.
