Is a new, custom built, tastefully decorated home that rests comfortably along the West shore of the Island of Kauai in the mellow and slow-paced residential community of Kekaha town. Boasting magnificent ocean views, Hale La offers luxurious accommodations.

Accommodation

Each suite features comfortable beds and high thread count linens and is equipped with a ceiling fan and a TV/DVD/VCR. Our property is equipped with central air conditioning but we seldom use it as the tropical trade winds and the homes' ample ventilation keep the house cool and comfortable most of the year.

Hale Puka`Ana is an elegantly furnished custom two-story home handsomely adorned with Marble countertops, Cherrywood cabinetry, modern appliances and fixtures, tiled bathrooms and covered Brazilian hardwood decks for enjoying the spectacular ocean view.

The custom 9' ceilings add an extra degree of spaciousness to your vacation accommodations. The home is beautifully landscaped with tropical foliage and flowers and features an outdoor Shaka shower (hot and cold water) for rinsing off after a day of fun at the beach.

Directions to Hale Puka-ana

From the Lihue Airport go straight through the traffic signal outside of the airport.
You are on Ahukini Road (Highway 570), continue for about one mile.
At the traffic light, turn Left onto Kuhio Highway 56 going South.
Kuhio Highway becomes Highway 50.
Follow Highway 50 for about 25 miles towards Waimea/Kekaha.
Approximately 2.5 miles after you pass Waimea Town you will see St.
Theresa's Catholic church on the right hand side of the highway.
Go approximately a 1/2 mile past St. Theresa's and make a right hand turn on Alae Road.
This is the same road that the big green highway signs will direct you to turn on for Waimea Canyon & / or Highway 552. (You'll pass Hale La on your right before you make the turn).
At the first intersection, make a right on Elepaio Road and look for a concrete drive about 200 yards on the right fronting 8240 Elepaio Road.
You will see a driftwood sign with a large State of Hawaii flag hanging from it and the numbers 8240 hanging below. Turn here!
