Silky Oaks Lodge is one of Australia’s premier luxury lodges, offering a unique experience from which to explore Tropical North Queensland, situated within easy access from Cairns and a 15 minute drive from Port Douglas. Spectacularly situated on the Mossman Gorge River, the eco luxury lodge is the ideal location to appreciate the natural tropical environment with a choice Tree house accommodation, all with individual and personalized touches.

Accommodations

Studio Treehouse- Studio rooms have a contemporary, cozy ambiance and luxury en-suite marble bathroom with walk in rain shower. Each room has its own private balcony with lush rainforest views of the Daintree National Park. The room features a king sized bed.Rooms are 44 square meters including balcony.

Garden Treehouse- Garden rooms have elegant tropical interiors with Rosewood and Silky Oak timber featured throughout. Bathrooms have separate shower and large spa bath. Floor to ceiling windows open out to a private balcony with double hammock providing a perfect way to sit back and relax. Rooms are in close proximity to the main lodge.

Lodge Suite- The Lodge Suite is a newly refurbished and enlarged Deluxe Treehouse, with open plan lay out. Designer decorated throughout with a contemporary luxury feel. An extra large balcony overlooks the rainforest with its own outside king size four poster day bed and outside sitting area.

Billabong Suite- The architecturally designed Billabong Suites are newly refurbished and extended, with an open plan lay out including separate lounge area, with both rooms opening onto a spacious double balcony with hammock and day bed overlooking the Mossman River in a very private setting.

Food and Dining

The Treehouse Restaurant is one of Northern Queensland's premier dining experiences and the open-sided restaurant offers sensational daintree rainforest and Mossman river views. The menu showcases the freshest local produce and fine Australian wines.

Private Riverside Dining- For a special occasion, private riverside dining is available in a secluded setting on the Mossman River. Enjoy a 3 course menu, with your selection of wines, the glow of candlelight, the sounds of the rainforest and river surrounding you.

Jungle Perch- Above the Mossman River with spectacular views of the Daintree Rainforest.

Kubiriri Room- Offers a relaxed atmosphere with inviting lounge chairs and a viewing balcony of the Mossman River.

Treehouse Bar- Relax as you enjoy a cold beer or cocktail and swap tales with fellow adventurers.

The Healing Waters Spa is located in an area that resonates with ancient ceremonies and whispers of sacred healing. he treatments at the spa have evolved from nature to nurture the mind, body and spirit. Head west toward Mick Borzi Dr and exit the roundabout onto Airport Ave. Continue straight to stay on Airport Ave and turn right onto National Route 1. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on National Route 1 and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on National Route 1. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on National Route 1 and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on National Route 1. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Captain Cook Hwy/State Route 44 and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Captain Cook Hwy/State Route 44. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Captain Cook Hwy/State Route 44 and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Captain Cook Hwy/State Route 44.
