Queen Suite If you’re looking for a little extra space, our queen rooms have a separate bedroom and living area. And for those who want to have meals in, there’s a kitchenette with bar fridge ready to go.

One Bedroom Apartment Here, you can enjoy the space of a separate bedroom for snoozing and living area for relaxing. The apartment also comes with a complete kitchen and full size fridge, big enough for all your holiday groceries. There’s also a washing machine and dryer, so you don’t need to pack the whole wardrobe.

Family Suite This is the ideal option for a group of three. Everyone has their own space and you can come together for a cuppa in the morning in the mini kitchen. Sleeps three with one king and single or three singles.

Two Bedroom Apartment Made for two who’d like a little extra space, each room comes with its own bathroom and shower. There are also two separate living areas and a full kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer. This little apartment gives you everything, including the kitchen sink. Sleeps four – two queen bed suites, or five in one king and three singles.

Three Bedroom Apartment This apartment comes with everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom and two twin rooms as well as a two-way bathroom with shower and jacuzzi spa bath complement your large dining and living area with a 32-inch LCD TV, balcony/courtyard as well as a full kitchen. Not to mention the separate laundry with washer and dryer. Sleeps six – king and four singles or six singles.

Spa Suite Enjoy a king sized stay complete with a separate shower and spa bath. Remember to bring your favourite tunes on your trip as there’s an iPod docking station in every room. Sleeps two adults in a king or two singles.

If you feel like having a lazy morning during your stay, you can always come and have breakfast with us. Enjoy something from our continental buffet or have your bacon and eggs cooked to order.

Conferences There’s something for everyone here. Choose from a half day, full day or residential conference package in one of our two large meeting areas, The Skylight and Dickson Rooms, both catering for 100 guests. Our event facilities are ideal for weddings, family reunions and birthday parties, make the most of our courtyard with your own private BBQ. To help everything run smoothly, we have audiovisual hire, complimentary WiFi and undercover parking, as well as catering menus and accommodation options for your guests. Weddings Make yours a reception to remember within the romantic backdrop of the Skylight room. To help take away some of the stress of planning a wedding, we have a professional wedding team ready to help if you need it. And because every couple is looking for something different, there’s a range of packages and services that will help make your wedding reception very, very special. Directions to Parklands Apartment

By Plane Canberra International Airport only serve flights from Melbourne and Sydney. There are flights almost hourly to Sydney and frequent flights to Melbourne. It takes approximately 50 minutes from Sydney, 1 hour from Melbourne, 2 hours from Brisbane and Adelaide, and 4 hours from Perth. The hotel is a 20 minute ride from Canberra.

By Train There are a lot of train connections offers scenic route going to Canberra from Sydney. The train rides takes 4 to 5 hours. Melbourne trains also serve routes going to Canberra.

By Bus All coaches from Canberra stop at the Jolimont Centre, in the city centre and immediately across the road from the Canberra local bus interchange.

By Car The drive from Sydney to Canberra is 290 km and takes around three and a half hours from the Sydney CBD, less from outer suburbs in Sydney. The drive from Melbourne to Canberra is 650 km and takes roughly eight hours on the Hume and Barton Highways, again mostly on dual-carriageway roads.
