One Bedroom Swimout- One Bedroom Apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities and additional sitting room with sofa bed. Swimout rooms offer direct access the lagoon style swimming pool from your private balcony. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a max. of 3 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. Rates are for 2.

Two Bedroom Deluxe- Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities and additional sitting room with sofa bed and desk. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a max. of 5 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Rates are for 4.

Three Bedroom Spa- Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom interconnecting apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Large private corner spa on balcony and outdoor dining table. Un-serviced rate. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Rates are for 6 guests.

Three Bedroom Swimout- 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom interconnecting apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Head west toward Mick Borzi Dr and exit the roundabout onto Airport Ave. Continue straight to stay on Airport Ave and turn right onto National Route 1. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on National Route 1 and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on National Route 1. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Captain Cook Hwy/State Route 44 and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Captain Cook Hwy/State Route 44. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Captain Cook Hwy/State Route 44 and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Captain Cook Hwy/State Route 44.
