Perth’s La Casa Rosa Bed and Breakfast is a small modern boutique bed and breakfast with that good old fashioned attention to detail. We welcome our guests from all over the world and more recently our corporate guests with a friendly smile and warm greeting. You will be guaranteed a good night’s sleep on our comfortable beds and choice of pillows, with quiet surrounds. Our latex mattress, the latest design from Belgium has been a hit with guests, giving them a fantastic night’s sleep.

One street from Perth’s popular cafe strip on the Swan River with its many interesting and varied eateries and bars, from 5 stars to the casual pizzas and Japanese cafes. Or you may wish to relax on one of the large balconies and enjoy the beautiful weather and varied views. All inner city transport from our Bed and Breakfast is readily available and free with a choice of train or bus.

The Luxury Penthouse Suite is a new addition to our bed and breakfast. It features a comfortable queen bed, 2 large soft lounges a beautiful chaise lounge and a very large spa. We have also included a private bar fridge and automatic tea and coffee. With its large double vanity and huge balcony and City views it has become highly sort after by the discerning traveler.
