Book for any period of time you need on a non-lease basis, short-term or long-term; and, the longer you stay the less you pay. Each apartment features quality home comforts and décor; including modern furniture, plenty of fluffy towels, crisp ironed bed linen, separate living areas, internet access, espresso machines with complimentary coffee and kitchens so well equipped you could cook a 5 course meal.

Studio A studio unit or studio apartment is a one room living space that includes a kitchen/kitchenette and a separate internal bathroom. We design our studio properties to be functional modern living spaces for 1-2 people to live comfortably. All have been renovated within the last few years.

1 Bed Queen Queen 1 bedroom apartments have comfortable queen beds. They have a bedroom that can be closed off from the main living area, just like a regular residential 1 bedroom apartment. They also feature fully equipped internal laundries, kitchen so well equipped you could cook a 5 course meal, modern bathrooms and outdoor verandahs or balconies.

1 Bed King King properties are more spacious than queen properties and have king beds that can be split into 2 x single beds. 1 bedroom units and apartments have a bedroom that can be closed off from the main living area, just like a regular residential 1 bedroom apartment. They also feature fully equipped internal laundries, kitchen so well equipped you could cook a 5 course meal, modern bathrooms and outdoor verandahs or balconies.

Budget Our budget properties are located in McMillan Gardens, on McMillan Crescent in Griffith, which is around a 7 minute drive from the CBD. We put the same attention to detail and quality inventory into our budget properties as we do our executive properties. The reason why these properties are allocated to the budget category is because the building they are housed within is an older development built in the 1950's.

Executive Executive properties are furnished and equipped to 4 and 5 star standards and are located within key areas of Canberra. Inside you will find well furnished modern spaces with r/c air-conditioning, quality appliances, exceptionally well equipped kitchens and free secure undercover parking .

Directions to Furnished Accommodation

By Plane Canberra International Airport only serve flights from Melbourne and Sydney. There are flights almost hourly to Sydney and frequent flights to Melbourne. It takes approximately 50 minutes from Sydney, 1 hour from Melbourne, 2 hours from Brisbane and Adelaide, and 4 hours from Perth. The hotel is a 20 minute ride from Canberra.

By Train There are a lot of train connections offers scenic route going to Canberra from Sydney. The train rides takes 4 to 5 hours. Melbourne trains also serve routes going to Canberra.

By Bus All coaches from Canberra stop at the Jolimont Centre, in the city centre and immediately across the road from the Canberra local bus interchange.

By Car The drive from Sydney to Canberra is 290 km and takes around three and a half hours from the Sydney CBD, less from outer suburbs in Sydney. The drive from Melbourne to Canberra is 650 km and takes roughly eight hours on the Hume and Barton Highways, again mostly on dual-carriageway roads.
