estled between gentle hills, Eaglehawk Holiday Park offers the ideal country escape to stay and enjoy the many sporting facilities, arts, crafts, sites and festivals of Canberra and the surrounding areas whilst being just 10 minutes drive to the heart of the National Capital and in close proximity to all major attractions.

Eaglehawk Villas

Our 4 star Villa offers the ultimate in luxury accomodation at a reasonable price. The Villa features two bedrooms with built in robes, in a variety of configurations. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed; the other room is available with a choice of two bunk beds, two single beds, or a queen sized bed.

The Villa has a separate lounge dining area, reverse cycle airconditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, and a High Definition colour LCD TV for entertainment. An outside shaded veranda provides a great place to cool off in the evening. All linen is provided.

Victorian Villas

Our Victorian Villas are either one or two bedroom units, with a double bed in the main bedroom and two or three single beds in the second bedroom, a combined lounge-dining area, a kitchenette with gas cooktop, reverse-cycle air conditioning, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities, all cutlery and crockery provided, and a colour television for entertainment.

The Villa also has private shower and bathroom facilities. All linen is provided.

Cottages Our Cottages feature two bedrooms with a double bed in one and two bunk beds in the other, a combined lounge-dining area, an overhead ceiling fan, wall-mounted electric heating, a kitchen with cooking facilities, and a High Definition Colour LCD TV for entertainment. The cabins also have private shower and bathroom facilities. All linen is provided.

Standard Cabins Our Standard Cabin features a separate master bedroom, plus bunk style bedding, lounge-dining area, heating, tea making facilities, and colour television for entertainment. Some cabins include a microwave. The cabins are excellent for school groups and sporting groups, sleeping up to 5-6 persons per unit. All linen is provided.

Lodges We have 4 separate Lodges that support between 6 and 8 rooms each, and sleep 30, 52 or 60 people in each. Amenities for Lodges are situated separate at the back of these units. The Lodges are ideal for school groups or sporting groups. A variety of group pricings and packages are available, please call us for details.

Directions to Eaglehawk Holiday Park

By Plane Canberra International Airport only serve flights from Melbourne and Sydney. There are flights almost hourly to Sydney and frequent flights to Melbourne. It takes approximately 50 minutes from Sydney, 1 hour from Melbourne, 2 hours from Brisbane and Adelaide, and 4 hours from Perth. The hotel is a 20 minute ride from Canberra.

By Train There are a lot of train connections offers scenic route going to Canberra from Sydney. The train rides takes 4 to 5 hours. Melbourne trains also serve routes going to Canberra.

By Bus All coaches from Canberra stop at the Jolimont Centre, in the city centre and immediately across the road from the Canberra local bus interchange.

By Car The drive from Sydney to Canberra is 290 km and takes around three and a half hours from the Sydney CBD, less from outer suburbs in Sydney. The drive from Melbourne to Canberra is 650 km and takes roughly eight hours on the Hume and Barton Highways, again mostly on dual-carriageway roads.
