115 Grill and Brewhouse

The 115 Grill and Brewhouse has taken its place amongst the cream of Kew restaurants and Melbourne brewhouses and is dedicated to carving its own path in the Melbourne dining landscape by incorporating modern and classical cooking techniques to create a contemporary style of cuisine.

Bar- a bar is somewhere you want to relax and unwind. And for all the amazing Melbourne cocktail bars and bars in Richmond, Kew and Hawthorn bars, 115 Brewhouse is the place where you can let your mind escape as your eye takes in the full glass view of a magnificent Melbourne micro brewery and the street activity of Kews Cotham Road.

Micro Brewery

Amber Ale- we use Kolsch, Cara amber and Crystal malted barley during the brewing process. The Amber Ale Batch 01 is hopped with East Kent golding. This gives the beer a low biterness and a smooth buttery finish with a hint of honey.

Crushed Apple Cider- our very first Apple Cider is heading to the taps in 115 Grill and Brewhouse very soon. Keep posted for further details as they come to hand.

Pale Ale- brewed from using Kolsch and Vienna malted barley and a warm fermentation with ale yeast. The yeast ferments the beer quickly, giving it a sweet, full bodied and fruity taste.

Pilsner- our pilsner is crafted using Bests Pilsner malt and then hopped with the Australian hop Summer. This gives it a fresh , soft melon and apricot flavour.

Summer Ale- one one five summer ale appeared and was brewed during the filming of Coxys Big Break with Coxy himself helping out.

Wheat Beer- a german style Wheat Beer made with a combination of Pilsner, Munich malted barley and malted wheat. Hopped during the boil with Hallertau and dry hopped in the fermentation with Sumemr hops
