An old world style envelops the complex with wrought iron lace, old fashioned lamp posts and attractive gardens. Although the apartments are located adjacent to the city centre, they are situated in a quiet peaceful location and feature fully landscaped gardens.

Apartment style living provides independence and privacy. Guests can prepare their own food in a fully equipped kitchen or take a pleasant five-minute walk through Glebe Park to the many cosmopolitan restaurants located in the City area. Similarly, the laundry facilities in each apartment take away the uncomfortable feeling of living out of a suitcase. Argyle Executive Apartments frees one from the hassles of living away from home.

The apartments range from two to three bedrooms. The decor is reminiscent of Vogue Living in its colours, dusty pink and grey furnishings which do not intrude on the tired executive at the end of a busy day. Inside Apartments

The Argyle Executive Apartments have spacious living areas and feature quiet and tasteful furnishings. The three bedroom apartment has a separate dining room. The master bedroom features a queen size bed. All other bedrooms have two single beds each.

The apartments are heated and electric blankets are provided for all beds. The three bedroom apartments have two bathrooms with an ensuite off the master bedroom. Each apartment has two colour televisions, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There is a DVD player in the living room.

Each bathroom has a separate bath and spacious shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with gas oven and cooktop, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for our guests to prepare their own food.

Alternatively our guests can take a five minute walk through Glebe Park to the many cosmopolitan restaurants located in the city centre. Each apartment has its own separate laundry with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

By Plane Canberra International Airport only serve flights from Melbourne and Sydney. There are flights almost hourly to Sydney and frequent flights to Melbourne. It takes approximately 50 minutes from Sydney, 1 hour from Melbourne, 2 hours from Brisbane and Adelaide, and 4 hours from Perth. The hotel is a 20 minute ride from Canberra.

By Train There are a lot of train connections offers scenic route going to Canberra from Sydney. The train rides takes 4 to 5 hours. Melbourne trains also serve routes going to Canberra.

By Bus All coaches from Canberra stop at the Jolimont Centre, in the city centre and immediately across the road from the Canberra local bus interchange.

By Car The drive from Sydney to Canberra is 290 km and takes around three and a half hours from the Sydney CBD, less from outer suburbs in Sydney. The drive from Melbourne to Canberra is 650 km and takes roughly eight hours on the Hume and Barton Highways, again mostly on dual-carriageway roads.
