Majors Rest Guest House is Only a leisurely hour and a half from Cape Town, along the world's longest wine route and nestled amongst the vineyards of the Majors Hill Estate, our warm country hospitality will soothe the soul.
Being mere minutes from the center of Robertson with its Jacaranda lined streets, Cape architecture, vineyards and mountain backdrops, guests can enjoy great wine and country hospitality at its best.
The cottage is situated amongst the vineyards on the estate and while offering a sense of space and privacy, it is also near to the main house and estate cellar.
The cottage can be rented on a self-catering or bed and breakfast basis.
There are two bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen leading onto the lounge with a TV offering DStv.
The lounge has doors which exit to a southwest facing verandah which is a lovely place to drink a glass of wine and watch the most spectacular sunsets.

Directions to Major's Rest Guest House
As you enter Robertson from Worcester and Cape Town, drive through the Main Road until you reach the traffic circle where you turn right.
After 500 m, you will get train tracks.
A few metres after you go over the train tracks, turn right at the first gravel road entrance on your right-hand side.
On the gravel road, drive 1.2 km and then you will see our wine cellar on your right-hand side.
